Ordered an ice cream birthday cake online. You can't order over the phone. It wasn't intuitive but I finally managed to order a cake. But I couldn't find where to place the message I wanted on the cake so I called them a couple of days later. Ran late but they were nice about me picking it up. For some reason my name wasn't on the cake but since the message on it was what I wanted, we were fine. The cake was thin mint chocolate and he really liked it. I rarely receive my entire order. Using both apps to order either GrubHub or Uber eats I would say both of them have picked up the orders, and I have not received all of it. Do not give your money to this place. The owner likes to "donate" cakes for charity and not honor it! I paid for an auction item that I won only to be treated like I was trying to get a free cake when I went in to collect it! I had the certificate that was given to me!!!! I really like this cold stone. The staff has always been super friendly and doesn't rush you through deciding, even on their busy days! The shop is always very very clean, & I like that a lot. The location is awesome for me, it's only a few blocks from my house. Another awesome thing they do that most ice cream places don't do is they DELIVER!!! I was babysitting my baby cousins and they had a sleepover at my house with some of their friends and it just so happened EVERYONE wanted icecream, & I didn't have enough room in my car for 8 screaming toddlers to go get it. turns out they delivered. I tried something besides the usual ice cream in a waffle bowl(which I LOVE) and got the Brownie Lava Meltdown. would recommend it to ANYONE. Definitely one of my favorite places to come for ice cream. They got a pretty decent selection for ice cream and I've been told you can make requests for other flavors. I'm usually get chocolate with m&ms with a dip cup with sprinkles. My girlfriend just gets the cup of cake batter ice cream.
