Upon walking in, the vibe is absolute perfection! Beautifully displayed cheese and a range of other delicious looking products. Before selecting cheese, I grabbed beet hummus and gluten free crackers. I moved on to the cheese counters and received fantastic help from the staff. They have an outstanding selection of delicious cheese. I wasn't pressured into buying certain amounts and was even offered a taste before selecting cheese. We went with a Smokey blue cheese from Oregon and an amazing Gouda from the Netherlands. We impulsively added some pesto. Later that afternoon, we enjoyed both cheeses and the beet hummus with the gluten free crackers. A 1/4 pound of each cheese was more than enough for a great afternoon snack!
