Service was excellent and the gauchos so pleasant and attentive adding to the wonderful experience. Meal started with their market table/salad bar with a very good selection including smoked salmon, prosciutto, hearts of palm, salami, cheeses, artichokes, Brussel sprouts, Mac n Cheese, Black Beans, Rice, soup and more in addition to standard salad bar staples. Fogo de Chao's market table is much larger but this was more than adequate. Meats included filet, picahna, garlic sirloin, chicken, lamb chops, pork loin, spare ribs, shrimp, ribeye, and more but you can only eat so much without bursting open! I definitely prefer Passador over Fogo for the ambience, service, and quality of the meats which also weren't as heavily salted as Fogo. Table shared items included cheese rolls, fried plantain, mashed mashed potatoes and cornbread though the cornbread was hard and dry (a hard pass). Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend if you're in a carnivorous mood!

Love this place so much and hate to give them a bad review, but during our most recent visit we…read morewere quite thrown off by comments made by our server. First, we got the feeling the server was over eager to sell us a bottle of wine. My partner doesn't drink, so he opted for water and I opted for a half bottle. It was a bit pushy, but we payed it no mind. Once brought out and poured, I moved the bottle further as to not accidentally knock it over and I guess by habit closed the bottle, then proceeded to the salad bar. The server came to find me in line to ask why I've moved the bottle, then proceeded to tell me that the wine needs to breathe so he'll re-open the bottle. Personally didn't need a lecture on how wine needs to breathe, I'm well aware, nor do I find it appropriate to chase me down in line over it, but okay I let it go as well and thanked him for his help. Everything else was great, until the check came. I guess there was an issue with the card we used and different server very discretely brought it to our attention. Of course we're embarrassed, but grateful for the discreetness. Mind you, we've been here many times and have never had any issues before, just inadvertently gave an old card. I grabbed my purse to provide a different card and the initial server decided to comment loudly to my partner something about where'd you get lucky enough to find her as if to say women don't pay. I was shocked and mortified! At that point I simply replied that it all comes out of the same accounts anyway, just a different name on the card. The comment was well beyond inappropriate, brought attention unnecessarily, and was absolutely unwarranted. At least we've been together for more than a decade, I can't even imagine if this was someone's first date! We didn't need to offer an explanation, but at that point we just wanted to be done and get out as quickly as possible. We'll likely dine here again, but definitely hope we never come across this particular server again.

You get to choose your size (12, 16, or 20 oz), then add all the toppings you want. I went with bananas, strawberries, blueberries (which was placed in the middle), granola, and honey. I ordered 2 of the same smoothies, both equally tasted like banana crushed ice water, which is sad since they are supposed to have coconut milk, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and cacao nibs. The pic shows a different result than what I received as well. This looks like it would be VERY peanut buttery by the look of it. I'm wondering if the protein powder wasn't completely left out. Definitely no chocolate taste at all except the bits of bitter cacao nibs throughout. No peanut butter taste unless you scraped the sides to get some. I truly wanted to NOT get smoothie king, but this is just completely unenjoyable and a waste of $20! Neither of us drank them. Photo is what we didn't drink, before throwing away. Got some of the Brazilian cheese bread, which I normally love. I make them myself as well when home. These were really hard and didn't taste the same as normal. Maybe a different cheese? Maybe they don't use tapioca flour or cassava or something. Idk. Could be overcooked, but they were super hard on bottom. Supposed to be chewy. Cream cheese inside was hot and ok, overall, just not great! Employee was nice, but my stuff wasn't even ready when I got there and it had been well over the amount of time I was supposed to wait and not busy. As for the location and ambiance, adorable! They need more little dog parks like this! Great idea and the con-ex trailer was a perfect way to have this here. I just wish it had tasted better. Very disappointed!

My service at the server attending my table is normally very polite and very attentive. This time it was different. Asya had been somewhat attentive, but as the evening progressed and after being assigned another table next to mine with about 12 people, she no longer attended my TABLE frequently. At the end of the meal, I had four rolls left over and when I asked if I could bring them home, you would've thought that I was asking for a entire steak to take home, but I was not! I asked the general manager I believe his name was JP and he said that he could allow that. While, I understand their policy of not taking out food. I do not understand such a commotion being created over for dinner roles. Her exact quote was "going forward, we will not allow you to take the rolls home" While a simple "no" would've sufficed and I would've accepted it, I believe that the tone that the response was delivered was inappropriate. This tone carried out throughout the rest of the evening to dessert. Even though I was full, I did order dessert to take home. When I paid the bill I was not even thanked for dining there or asked to return . Before leaving I brought it to her attention that I have never left this restaurant without the server thanking me for dining there. She explained to me that she normally tell patrons as they are leaving "see you next time." I explained to her that see you next time was NOT the same as a "Thank you for dining here! "I also brought this to the attention of the general manager before I left. I explained to him that I left her a full tip even though I did not feel she earned it BECAUSE I had hoped that the tips get divided amongst the entire crew serving my table. I'm giving a rating of three rather than one because the highlight of my evening, definitely offset this bad experience. This was due to a very polite and very attentive Jardel, who always came with a smile and was very conscientious about me receiving the meat medium, rare as I requested! I probably will consider another location as I like to dine at Brazilian steakhouses and normally the service is impeccable!

I would drive to ATL just to eat here, and that's saying something because I don't like driving to ATL. Everyone was so lovely & welcoming. After our time there, they felt like good friends I'm looking forward to visiting again. This woman-owned business had a continuous stream of customers the entire time we were there. You can do all-you-can-eat or weigh & pay. It's all an excellent value. My friends & I had no complaints. There's free parking in the lot. We went on a Friday night around 6pm. It wasn't busy but it started to pick up around 7pm. The restaurant is on the smaller side but still plenty of seating. There was only one server and she was the sweetest. She took the time to explain everything when we told her it was our first time. They offer a salad bar and a meat section. Everything at the salad bar was fresh and flavorful. The meats were well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The picanha was my favorite - tender, juicy, and flavorful. At $25/person it's a great deal for the quality and variety you get. Definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely come back.

We arrived on time for our 6:40 PM reservation but were asked to allow five to ten minutes to clear the table. We waited about 30 minutes, witnessing the same hosts telling everyone after us the same story about waiting only an additional five to ten minutes to clear the table. Some of those groups were seated before us though we were there first! I had to walk up to remind them of my party's name and reservation! The empanadas were very delicious. Soft drinks are NOT refillable. The steaks were excellent with a grilled taste, the perfect texture, and a great flavor. The sides were not that great. We had lobster Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant mashed potatoes, and the Mac and cheese didn't have enough lobster in it. It also could have had more sauce. I did not like the flan at all; all I could taste was condensed milk. My husband and kids liked the chocolate cake, which I did not taste (not a chocolate lover). I also bought the confetti cake for home, which I really did not like. The icing was just way too light. Maybe someone else may appreciate that, but I don't like moose-like icings that have to be refrigerated. I do not think it was worth the $415 price tag. It was okay, but I probably won't return. In total, I purchased three 8.oz center cut filets, one order of empanadas, one order of mashed potatoes, one order of Mac and cheese, two Coke zeros, three sweet teas, a confetti cake, a chocolate cake, and flan. I could have saved about $56 if I hadn't gotten any dessert. I wish I hadn't.

However, most of the servers were ignoring us not because they were serving other tables, but because they were watching the football game. I'd like to point out that we were not rude to anybody or any of the staff during this visit. I just think you guys should take accountability of your actions here. As for the cards that we receive after the meal, it is very confusing because one side is green. That states you were still eating and the other side is red that states you are done eating. Most Brazilian churrasco gives it to us at the Beginning of the meal. Which I would've preferred so they didn't clear our table while we were still eating. The servers also Carry around an iPad and they can see which tables are available. What I am assuming happened is nobody checked in our table, which is why it looked like it was available when we walked off to get our second plate. We also ended up paying at the counter instead of our table because like I said the servers kept ignoring us. When we did eventually flag one down, they acted like they could not to speak English and walked away. This was actually a few of the servers so yes, of course we're going to think that they don't speak English. Accountability is all I'm asking for when it comes to service. The people serving the food at the barbecue and the buffet were amazing. The only person that apologized to us was the host guy, when he gave us another table.
