Celebratory Chocolate Cake that took a good minute to come out after our meal, then was brought out twice LOL

The more I frequent it the less enamored I am with the Fogo de Chao experience. I've tried this chain across several states and each time is somehow less pleasant than the last. However, the negatives are never based around the food, ambience, or cleanliness. Their service model is what largely brings down the experience. Let's start with some positives. Hubz and I made a small reservation to finally celebrate leaving the land of the engaged and officially entering matrimony (YAYYYY). The wait on our table wasn't too long albeit the hostess looked very disheveled as is usually the case at Fogo. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and modern, which is their norm. The bathroom was spectacular! Lawd I love a nice, clean bathroom. And the lunch special has a pretty good value. Choose a meat (1 a person so 2 for our table) and get the market table and all complimentary sides for a nice amount compared to the AYCE, which honestly I preferred and will probably do every time moving forward knowing this is an option. But the service was bad. Like, BAD bad. They do that awkward floating servers method which I've never seen work effectively at ANY restaurant, let alone one with the volume that Fogo de Chao does on a daily basis. Don't get me wrong, the meat tenders were great and actually had a personality. But the wait service was really weird. Telling different people the same thing 100 times gets old and is not a marker of attentive serving. Then the communication on their end is clearly not great, because the actions they take at the table get in each other's way. Getting water refilled and requesting more of that delicious bread was an uphill battle. It's also hard to tip because you don't know who you're tipping since subpar service comes from 4-5 different people. Which maybe added together should equal 1 good server??? I just really don't like this model and I wish that high end places especially would see it presents more issues for their restaurant's public reception. Now usually when you mark the special event on your reservation, they automatically add a little celebratory dessert. Nope. Had to ask. The random guy who took the dessert order was nice and chatted us up about being newlyweds, which was a nice moment. But then it took 5EVER for it to come out after we finished. And once it came out and we were eating it, another one was brought to the table which we politely declined. Again, the service situation here is all over the place. I also have beef with the parking situation at this location. It appeared that a significant chunk of the lot was reserved for valet use but was super empty and the other half was for us regular folks... and surely overflowing. The overflow - and it was absolutely overflowed - shares parking with the hotel across the lot. You could spend a good 10-20 min looking for decent parking like you're at Costco. That's crazy because we're clearly not at Costco lol. I've never been in a battle for parking in a large private lot like that just to eat a meal. People want to park their own cars... open up the lot! Food was predictably good. Service was very awkward and made the moment dull.

I love Brazilian food! The variety is different in this location from other Brazilian buffets i enjoyed tasting new dishes with a twist!

I had heard about these place for years. Tonight, our university held an Administrative reception post graduation. As soon as we walked in the room, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess, were seated very quickly, and that began a very pleasant dining experience. First, I was blown away by the different cuts of meat. My absolute favorite was the lamb, of course. From what I had been told, I knew that I would be offered a variety of select cuts. Every offering was delicious and I'm still savoring the taste hours later. We had our own private room inside the establishment and really enjoyed a very familial atmosphere. I'm am a fan of this restaurant and plan on coming back, again, sooner than later. If you've been there before, you know what I'm talking about. If you've been have not, what are you waiting for?

Simply put, this place is a lot of fun. Come hungry and do your worst. I recently visited with a few friends and we had a fantastic time grazing on Brazilian BBQ over the course of several hours. As good as it was, there are a few things that kept it from being a true 5-star experience. There were lulls in the service. We did have to wait a fair amount of time to be served. Sometimes it was for food. One time it took forever to get a beer. But these weren't deal breakers. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would totally return.

Celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday night. Service was a 10/10, this was my first time at this location. Whole atmosphere was very clean & good vibes. The meats were a lil cold and salty for my liking and the drinks waaaay too sweet, lil alcohol. (I'm not too big on alcohol anyway) but overall had a good experience. Will probably have to give it another try again.

Very slow service. Food quality has become poor at best. Been going for years but this past visit was our last.

We came here on a Sunday for an early dinner. Glad we made a reservation. It looked pretty packed. We tried their churasco experience and while you get to try all the meats seemed like the nicer cuts of meats were served less frequently. Picanha was our favorite and we just asked for several slices when they came around. Don't waste your appetite on chicken :) The salad bar was quite impressive with smoked salmon and asparagus being the highlight for us.

Came for an early solo dinner . The meats were pretty good for the most part if it was cooked medium or less. Medium well and over would definitely be chewy. The salad bar also couldve been fresher as far as lettuce but overall a good dinner 3.8 /5

There is a lot of hype around this restaurant. We went here for my anniversary. I was a little disappointed with the end results. When entering the restaurant it was beautiful. Very large area of wines, tables/napkins are in perfect order. Dishes/glasses stacked neatly. Lighting is dim to cast a romantic atmosphere.Bathrooms clean, staff very attentive. Nice welcoming atomposhere. I have been to quite a few Brazilian steakhouses so I had an idea of what to expect. What I enjoyed about this steakhouse was how everyone seemed to take a part in the service. Every waiter/server that came by had an ora of this meat I am bringing you is the best one. I enjoyed seeing how they would come to the table to see if you wanted what they were bringing. For the most part the meats were delicious. My favorite was the "melted" cheese they would bring by, I could not get enough of them. It was delicious. I probably could have eaten the cheese over the meat. I did get the salads/greens but to me they were not that great. I ordered the lobster mac/cheese. I was disappointed only because it wasn't as flavorful as I thought it should be. It was presented nicely but lacking in flavor and could have been a little more creamy. The best part of the meal for me was that melted cheese. They have these cards you put on your table. One side is green, the other side is red. Green means go and red means stop so when you have had enough food you decide which side will be up. At the end of the meal I did enjoy the desert. They decorated the plate with icing for our anniversary and the cheesecake was delicious. It was a nice shariable size. The flavor was just perfect. Again the atmosphere was very inviting but the food was just ok for me so I will not be rushing to come back to this particular establishment.

10 out 10. This review is from my experience at the bar. Parking: valet is available or self parking. Inside: Large restaurant. Plenty of indoor and patio seating. Bar is comfortable: tv, full bar, and comfortable seating. Food/Service: regular Brazilian food. Staff are professional but fun. Staff was knowledgeable and gave options. I had lamb chops, mashed potatoes was amazing, I even had their cheesecake. It was amazing.

I came here for my birthday with my mom, and we decided to do the Best of Brazil (only limited time for $49/person). We had reservations, so we had ended up waiting for only a few minutes. Once we got sat, we got drinks and went ahead to the salad bar. They have a variety of things, the same as the other location in Buckhead. The meat was flavorful and cooked perfectly to how I like it. Since we did the Best of Brazil, meat variety was limited, meaning they came to us less frequently. We were able to just sit down and chill throughout our meal, and also decided to order the crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was good, and I would highly recommend either locations for any occasion! The interior is way brighter, with tall windows too, so definitely a brighter scenery and ambiance compared to the one in Buckhead.

This was my 4th time dining at Fogo de Chão this month and it honestly never disappoints. The service is always warm, attentive, and professional -- they make you feel like a valued guest every single time. The salad bar is fresh and beautifully presented, but of course, the highlight is the endless cuts of perfectly seasoned and juicy meats that keep coming to the table. I also love how consistent everything is -- from the delicious picanha to the refreshing drinks and desserts. Each visit feels special, and it's become one of my favorite places for both celebrations and regular dining. Highly recommend Fogo de Chão if you want a memorable meal with outstanding service and quality food -- no wonder I keep coming back!

The best Tres Leches Cake we have ever had. It was a great anniversary celebration.

Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Parking was plentiful, even with the restaurant being full and bustling. You can do self-parking or the complimentary valet. We were sat after about 5 min and our server was very fun and attentive. His disposition alone set the tone for a great experience. I appreciate how well the Market Table and Feijoada Bar were maintained, too. The space was constantly cleaned and maintained by the staff and all the items were VERY fresh. I had to stop myself from wafting the smoke salmon so that I'll have room for the churrasco experience. Same with the pão de queijo. We'd gone for our anniversary, and they were very intention about our celebration. We received a dessert of our choice and it was delicious! I don't eat sweets very often, but the Tres Leches cake is the TRUTH, and I couldn't deny it. It'll be great to visit again in the (very) near future. Especially, this location.

Beef Grill focuses on the traditional Brazilian churrasco concept -- grilled meats carved fresh and served alongside a buffet of sides. The highlight here is the wide variety of meats. Diners can expect everything from tender beef cuts and seasoned chicken to juicy pork and flavorful lamb, all grilled to bring out smoky, savory flavors. One surprise favorite is the grilled pineapple, which adds a sweet, caramelized break between all the protein. The restaurant operates buffet-style and all-you-can-eat, which makes it easy to sample a little of everything. At around $25 per person, the pricing is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. The meats were well-seasoned, fresh, and consistently tasty, making it easy to go back for seconds (or thirds). Another standout was the staff, who were friendly and welcoming. Even during busy periods, the team kept things moving and maintained a good vibe throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere is lively and casual, making it a great place for anyone craving a hearty meal. That said, there are a couple things to keep in mind. The dining area is fairly small, so waits are common. Even after the typical lunch rush, we still waited about 30 minutes to get seated. On top of that, parking is limited, which can add a little extra time before you even get inside. Pros Wide variety of grilled beef, chicken, pork, and lamb Delicious grilled pineapple and sides Friendly, welcoming staff All-you-can-eat buffet style Reasonable price (about $25 per person) Great atmosphere Cons Small dining area Limited parking Wait times can reach 30 minutes or more Final Verdict Despite the tight space and parking challenges, Beef Grill is absolutely worth the visit. The quality and variety of grilled meats, combined with reasonable pricing and a fun atmosphere, make it one of the better Brazilian grill options around. In the end, the juice is definitely worth the squeeze -- and it's a place I would absolutely recommend.

Ambience: This location has promise but it seems like it needs a little bit of work. There are lots of dead spaces that makes the place look empty and sad. It's missing some character and it would benefit from having some decor that embraces the culture. My other tip is consider customer's requests as potential business opportunities. If they ask for an item that is not on the menu but it's possible to make (Like bread and requeijão), take it as an idea and maybe consider adding it to the menu. If one customer is asking for it, another probably will too, making it a selling item and potentially getting that customer to come back more often. The food was outstanding. They had a mushroom Brie soup that I think was a special that I'm still thinking about. The calamari appetizer was also unforgettable. I usually don't love calamari, but it was served with a sweet chili dipping sauce that made it different than a standard calamari dish. It was pleasantly crispy. My family members who ordered steaks were very pleased, but I'm not a huge steak person. I ordered the scallops with risotto. I'm picky about scallops - they have to melt in your mouth - and boy they did not disappoint. This wasn't our first choice restaurant (a few others were booked when we tried to make a last minute reservation), but it will be in the future! Also, our server was the perfect balance of attentive/friendly and giving us space. Overall, 10/10 and I'd definitely go back.

I'm one of those "people" that like my steak well-done. I rarely eat meat and can't stand the sight of blood in my food. Now, this is always a challenge because I'm either served my steak with blood or given a hockey puck. Not at Flemings!!!! Honey, that was one of THE best steaks I have ever had in my life. It was still tender and sliced though like butter. It was moist and juicy and very flavorful. The salad, bead and baked potato were all perfecto! My daughter and her friends all loved their dishes as well. They had grilled fish and ate every bite. No one took anything to go. It was just the right amount of food and too good to stop eating! Lol. They took such good care of us all night. There was a surprise champagne toast , chocolates and a card provided to my daughter. I would highly recommend them and will be back to try the braised short ribs since they were out this night. For once, a pricey place that's worth the price in ATL!!!

Right of the bat that is awsome. She made us feel at home right away. She was not a robot but rather chatting with us about our drive thanking us for coming by and talking with us like we where home. When we where ready she took our order never pushed us to order She let us take our time. Andrea is incredible!! Her customer service is really above and beyond what you would expect. She is the reason we go back!! Yes the food was awsome but its all about the service. Thank you Andrea for making us feel at home. This is something that needs to be recognized by the people in charge. We will be back. Like always the place is awsome great ambiance!!

It was early so the dining room had only two or three occupied tables and no one at the bar in the back yet. I was greeted immediately and waited a short time for my order to be ready. All the way home I could smell delicious odors from the bag! I ordered Churrasco de Entrada which is grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and two sides. The steak was amazing! Tender, juicy, melted in my mouth. I had grilled vegetables and baked potato for sides. The vegetables were a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods, carrots, and zucchini. They were cooked well and flavored with garlic. The foil packet of potatoes contained three small round potatoes also perfectly cooked through not seasoned at all. The meal came with three small dinner rolls and a few packets of butter. Everything was flavorful and delicious; garlic was quite strong though which I loved but might not be everyone's liking. I also ordered Alfajores from the bakery section for dessert. These are little sandwiches with soft shortbread cookies on the outside and soft dulce de leche and coconut filling between them. Four came in the box. This meal was at least two servings for me and it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to eating in the restaurant next time.

I came here with my Colombian friend that helped me pick the best options so I could get a variety of items that she rated top notch. I love hotdogs and had to get the Colombian version of one. It's one of the most unique hotdogs I've ever had. It's topped off with garlic sauce, pink sauce, pineapple marmalade, crushed chips, mozzarella, and a boiled quail egg. Omg it's one of the BEST I've ever had! I died and went to culinary heaven. Trust me get one! We also ordered the empanadas, which were just as good. Among the other items we ordered we got a cheese and ham arepa, as well as the bandeja paisa. No complaints here but just praises as the food was savory and scrumptious! They do have a full bar with a variety of drinks to choose from as well as Colombian beers. I was too full to indulge on the desserts but the dessert bar was esthetically pleasing and smelled incredible! The service is great, very attentive. The restaurant gave a homey and cozy vibes. Dress code is casual. They do have complimentary parking. I am definitely coming back to enjoy and try more of the exotic plates they offer. It's not often you see Colombian cuisine, worth a visit!

The ambiance is relaxed, good music and a go to place for a date night. The revolving belt and the train that comes with your food has been a big hit with our family and it has made this place so memorable. The staff make sure this place runs well, and they keep up with keeping it clean. We've always lucked out on our waiter Miguel. He's always on point, great service and very attentive if we need anything. Even on busy nights we've never left waiting for a refill or an ala carte item and our table stays clean. We have little kiddos and we've always felt welcomed with them.

It is fairly spacious inside and the atmosphere was a bit quiet when I went, but it is probably livelier when it is busy. I have seen websites say that this is KBBQ, but I would say this is more Japanese BBQ based on the type of meats, so just be aware. If you want the BBQ (or sushi), you order through the tablet, which kind of had some technical difficulties, and it is delivered to you through a robot above the conveyor belt. The service was good. Very attentive servers who quickly removed empty plates! I mostly got the California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I enjoyed the quality of both, but it is hard to mess up those basic rolls. I will say that the Shrimp Tempura Roll was hardly available on the conveyor belt, probably because it is a popular roll for people, As for the BBQ, we got the Beef Brisket and Galbi (marinated and not marinated). The meats were tasty to my group, but I preferred the sushi as I am not a big fan of Japanese BBQ. I also wish more food and sides were part of the AYCE. This was my first time trying revolving sushi! I liked the quality of the sushi, but I am also not as exploratory with sushi. The BBQ was alright, but it seems to be the highlight for a lot of people. I would give this place a 3.5/5 stars. It is around $40 per person so a bit expensive for me, but you can make the most of it by coming hungry.
