10/28/22: I stopped by to do laundry between 9am-11am. Out of the 3 other Coin Less Laundry locations that I have been through, this one, in particular, stands out. It was clean and the attendandts were friendly and helpful. There were some maintenance workers around as well, they were doing some work on some of the machines. All the interactions with the personnel were professional and friendly. I'm sure their atmosphere is a little different on the weekends and evenings when it's a lot more populated. I love the Friday 9am vibes and will do my best to enjoy the slow pace and quiet when I go back again. read more

Kept very tidy, I always bring at least 6 loads once a month and there is always room for me and others. No need to feel like your taking all the room. The workers are nice and do their jobs well! The money cards are easy and more efficient then putting quarters in! read more

Lack of customer service, lack of caring, or just not able to manage people. So up until this evening it has been ok. However customer service when it gets right down to it is key. One thing I have noticed since Covid is many line level workers have used the whole epidemic as an excuse to work less, not work as hard, and oftentimes seem to have an attitude with customers. I'm not sure if that is the case here or if it is partly to do with the fact that the main worker here does not know how to communicate in English. Regardless I feel if you're going to be in a customer service type industry you need to either adapt and accept, or at least able to communicate things like "sir if your going to start laundry this late you wont be able to dry your clothes" etc.. In fact just like 3 weeks ago I come in at 10Pm just know you will only be able to wash and you will have to dry at home" . Easily if the employee here was able to communicate this there would be no need for a sign saying "Last load 9pm" a whole hour and a half before closing. This is fairly new as the times I came here before you could come at 10 and do just that if you wanted. So ultimately I am not sure what happened. But really just the idea of walking up to a locked door at 9:10pm when they are open until 10:30 is odd. Not to mention when I came before I would leave to go eat at the Subway in between washing and come back and stand outside for up to 10 minutes to get back in. Lastly not only was I not told I could not do a load tonight by the laundry mat employee. A female who saw me at the door outside which was locked; eventually went to ask the worker and came back and gave me the no more laundry signal using the hand swipe gesture. And while sitting in my car starting this review there was a total of around 7 to 10 customers who had clothes going and needed back in standing outside for a good 5 up to 10 minutes before they could get back in. Again very weird and may seem small and trivial. But being in the customer service industry for 30 plus years this whole 9pm stuff just rubbed me wrong. Sufficient to say I found a 24 hour laundrymat that is close to this one, very clean and I dont have to feel like another disliked customer. Whether its Walmart giving the time every 5 minutes over the intercom, reminding customers of when they close and practically pushing you out the door. Or the same can be said for many other businesses it seems these days. Honestly the vibe is given like the customer is not only no longer needed. But that these places can make it without us. However I5 have discovered not all are like this. I have found that some businesses are not worried about getting off right at closing etc. And the staff make you feel important as a customer, this is where my business will go. I am the type who will spend more for a product, drive further etc. For this rare thing we call great or superior customer service. Fortunately there are those companies and leadership teams that promote, create, and encourage an environment that is tanamount to understanding that without us, you, and me "the customer" thier business and those employees who have jobs would no longer be employed. The heros or frontline worker as its been said has saved the day. And yes this thinking and paying tribute was good for a while. But it seems so many have taken this thinking and mentality too far. Bring back the basics and essentials of customer service. Offer a superior product and all things will improve! Going from a customer focused business model to an employee based business model works with the proper order. Sadly for many it seems that order has slipped sideways. read more

I travel extensively and prefer to use self service laundry facilities when on the road, I can honestly say Coin Less Laundry is the cleanest well maintained shop I've encountered anywhere across the country. All Laundromats have homeless folk cleaning various articles of dirt blankets and soiled pantaloons, my suggestion is use the largest most expensive 10 load machine you can find even if you're only washing a few loads. Coin Less Laundry did have plenty high capacity high cost machines which eliminates the chance rank and file plebs are washing dog infested heroine needle blankets. Furthermore on my visit I didn't see anyone doing laundry whereby I'd be concerned, nonetheless as always I still used the most pricey machines in the shop. Great place do come and do laundry if you're in a pinch, or if you need to do several big loads simultaneously. They're open Monday-Sunday from 6 am to 11 pm, so they're essentially always open whenever you need to use the machines. They've got three vending machines inside for your convenience, two for food items and one for laundry essentials (detergent, fabric softener, etc.). Everything about this place is pretty straight forward and simple: you walk in and get yourself a laundry cash card from the convenient automated machines towards the left of the store. You can load it with either cash or a credit card. Once you've got your card, you can grab a trolley basket to haul your clothes to any of their plethora of available machines. They've got a huge selection of machine sizes to choose from. You pay for your load at the card reader located on each washer/dryer that you want to use. Prices are really fair, and the entire facility is pretty clean. They have attendants during the day to ensure that. Overall, I would definitely come back the next time that I need to do laundry in an emergency. read more

It's what I think of when I think laundromat. Big industrial washers that really do clean your clothes, and indeed use less soap per load. If I were to wash at home, it'd be just for emergency washes. OK, this place WAS Diamondback, but now it's Coin-Less Laundry. The $50 for $40 is well worth it. Just talk to the attendant and he or she will get you a card. If you'd like, there's the option of paying 50¢ for a reloadable card. In that case, you get a $1 bonus for every $10 put on the card. This place is clean, well lit and amazingly comfortable even in summer. If a machine breaks down, you'll get a refund sent to you though I've never had this happen to me, I've seen it happen once in 14months I've been using their machines. They have top loading machines, but you get the best value on the industrial machines. Those Thoroughbred washers are awesome! And the 40lbs washers are the best value. Also, the hot water is HOT!! The difference between your water heater and their boiler is huge. In 22 mins you have clean clothes, double rinsed and spun almost dry. The dryers are gas fired and will dry all but your thickest items like jeans in the 27mins that $1 buys you. There are plenty of baskets, but sometimes on Saturdays you may be seeking for one. The restroom is clean, though sometimes it is out of order, but not often. It costs 25¢ to open the door. Monday, 7/27/15. I use this laundry facility when my washer or dryer is on the fritz. My washer isn't working properly, so I took a (small-medium) load of whites there on Sunday, 7/26/15. I took them home to dry and used my own dryer since my dryer works great. Very happy with this place. Lots of nice washers and dryers. Cool and comfortable. Clean. I like using top load washers rather than front load, cold water and Gain detergent. My whites got nice and clean and spun until almost dry. I like to lift the lid of the washer, stop the cycle and let my clothes soak. I let my load soak for (30) minutes. The entire cycle takes ~ (32) minutes, straight through without any soaking time. My question is, does anyone know the phone number to call to get an outdated card re-validated. I have a Coin-Less Laundry card, but the card reader at the front of the facility said it was 'invalid'. The male attendant there on Sunday did not know how to 'validate' an 'invalid' card. I haven't used my card for probably (10) years. I hung on to my card last time I used it, because there was still money on the card, and I like going there in a pinch. The attendant was VERY helpful and kind, and let me use his card, and I paid him $ 1.69 for my one load of whites, rather than obtaining a new card and paying a $.50 fee. The customer service phone number on the back of my Coin-Less Laundry card is 602-914-9543. One time when I dialed it, the message said the number was 'out of service'. Another time said it was 'busy'. Go figure. None the less, I don't think it is the correct phone number. If you have a current Coin-Less Laundry card, what is the customer service phone number on the back of the card. Horrible business. Hours posted say open until 11pm. Showed up at 10pm and all the doors were locked. An attendant came to the door and told us they were closed. They had a sign that said last wash at 9:30, but all we needed was one load dried because the dryers at the hotel across the street where we were staying weren't working. We explained our situation, showed her our clothes were plainly wet, but she would not let us in for a dry. We were there a full hour before their posted closing time! Any reviews you read about helpful employees or good customer service at this laundromat are false. read more

This place is always clean and well-lit. It's not often that machines don't work but if there is a machine that doesn't work it is clearly marked. Plenty of washers and dryers so you never have to wait to get a machine. They used to only have a few of the larger washers but have recently installed quite a few more so there's always at least one or two for you to use. Lots of options from top load single load washers all the way up to ten load washers. There are one load, two load, three load, four load, six load, eight load and ten load washers. Dryers on three walls. Mostly the 35 lb dryers but they also have 12 of the larger dryers also. Sometimes it can be a bit of a pain to get one of their rolling baskets but that's only when there are people there that think they must use four or five baskets just for them. As for the negatives I would only state three. 1. There are ALWAYS guys outside begging for money. Every time they lay eyes on you here they come with their hands out spilling their sob story. 2. There are ALWAYS kids running and screaming unsupervised. They play with the doors opening them constantly. They play with the machines putting their chips and gum in them (which the attendant cleans right away). They run into you, step on your feet, play with your laundry basket and numerous other things while mom (and sometimes dad) are tacking on their phone. I wish the attendant could make the parents supervise their kids but I know they are very limited as to what they can say. If there are a lot of kids there I just leave and come back later. And 3-I wish all the attendants spoke English. Most of them do but there are a few that do not. I don't speak Spanish so it's very hard to communicate with them should I need something. So overall a pretty good place to go. I would recommend - just bring your Tylenol in case there are lazy parents there. read more

They said you get $50 worth of laundry for $40 but when we got there we couldn't find and tendon and one didn't show up for over an hour when she finally came she spoke very little English and told us that she would not honor their signthat advertise $50 worth of laundry for $40 because we inserted our money into the machine rather then handed to her directly this was posted nowhere in the facility we selected five washers and had to move our clothes out of three of them into different machines because they didn't work of course we didn't notice this until after we poured soap into the machines so we had to go buy another soap. All in all a horrible experience at diamondback laundries now I have $10 credit there still I won't return I will let that money go to waste or give it away to someone elsenot a friend read more
