Due to medical reasons (I went to many doctors and specialists), they did not think HRT was for me. Dr Ritch put me on a low dose anti anxiety medicine and an estradiol insert. Both have been life changing. She is super knowledgeable on menopause...which is nearly impossible to find. On top of that, she is personable and takes her time with her patients. Dr. Lacombe is very thorough and I never feel like she just rushed through the exam. My only complaint is the wait time. I've only had to go once a year, so at the end of the day it's not a make or break it situation. During my last visit Dr. Lacome even asked how long I waited and acknowledged & apologized that they were running behind, which I appreciated. I highly recommend her and her staff to anybody.

She responds quickly to my emails through their web app, and always gets any paperwork I need completed done as soon as possible. The ultrasound technician is very sweet and accommodating. They also use a program that allows her to text all the images she took during the ultrasound to you and whomever else you want. I have been going to Dr. Bass since 2016, and he's delivered both of my children. I had C-sections both times, and the medical staff always comments on how great a job he did stitching me up (must be a nurse/doctor thing). I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bass. Then I had another medical issue, called in and the staff was not only not empathetic or caring whatsoever, but they hung up on me and never called back. So, I'm done. Hope it was worth hiring these subpar front desk people, they've lost a patient who has been going there for at least 10 years and used to always refer people there. Definitely not anymore. Because i worked for a municipality my retirement included health care if medicare doesn't cover. I told that to the office but they refused to bill that insurer. So i called medicare and yes i got to speak to a rep who said my obgyn is wrong. My card is valid. I called my obgyn back and they still insisted it isn't and wanted a reference no for the call. I said cancel appt and i got another dr. My question is why are they even calling to find out if its valid if no visit occurred yet. My appt was for next week. My next question is if in fact my medicare was inactive why would they refuse to bill my secondary from the city. I'm so upset. I'm a 66 almost 67 without insurance per my obgyn ???????
