Dr. Dupuy explains everything and is a great listener. Her office gets things done quick and efficiently and with little or no hassle at all to the patients. It is like any other doctor's office in the sense that when you're a new patient there's a lot of paper work to fill out and there is a wait time, but I've probably never waited more than 30 minutes or so. I enjoy coming to this office and would highly recommend. This is a private office and My wait Time is very limited. I usually visit the Drs office either early in the morning or at lunch time and I am in and out. I do not like offices that treat patients like they are running a mill. You know, the ones where patients are sitting around waiting hours and hours. No thank you! I have private insurance and will not tolerate that. I am a professional and my time is money. I appreciate the time management at the Hallandale beach OBGYN. The waiting room is small due to the building structure. I appreciate this as well. Given that there is very little wait time, you don't need a large waiting room. The rooms themselves are normal size. I even put in an emergency request using the dr portal and received a call back the same day! Thank you so much for that! I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I have received! By the way, I have never had a billing issue. I did once have an issue where the call for the appointment confirmation said to confirm press one to cancel press two. I pressed 2 and then received a call stating that I missed my appointment. However, since they only started charging the $25 cancellation fee after that happened that was not an issue for me. It's like everything. Everyone ya different standards based on preference.

The doctor was very comforting and reassuring. And again I can't stress enough how comfortable the office staff and Dr made me feel. I highly recommend.
