I was told I had to wait 30 minutes to be verified. And made to feel badly because I have messed up the schedule. If they need it that badly they should tell you to bring your physical card with you so it can be scanned. During my 30 minute wait the other 3 ladies in the waiting room also fessed up that they did not have a physical card with them either. However none of them were scolded like I was. My appointment was at 11, I showed up at 11. I left at 12:40 Normally I'm early but it's 2 days before Christmas and traffic and people driving just crazy this morning! However I figured returning patient I didn't need to fill out a stack of paperwork, right? Wrong I had to fill everything out again as if I was a new patient. IDK why they can't just email that to you before your appointment. Oh and the 3 other ladies without their insurance cards no they were not all still waiting which makes me think they were already running behind and just took it out on me because I was one more issue. And what ever you do don't forget your medical card they need to physically scan it not just see a copy or a picture in your phone.
