Excellent wings! Grabbed a bite with my husband around 3:00pm (happy hour starts at 2:00). We love good wings and these were awesome! They offer a great variety of rubs/sauces to choose from along with other menu items such as burgers. The wings were meaty and juicy. The lemon pepper rub had just the right amount of tang. The order of fries was VERY generous! The service was great too. Ambiance is so so but it's a bar environment so nothing special. The only thing we didn't like was the music, too much heavy metal. Walked in and greeted by hostess right away. She asked what out prefrance of sitting was, we stated high top bar table which is available to self seat in bar area. We took the last high top in the bar. Cocktail menu provided as well menus w late dinning till 12pm, figure they were known for their wings so we both ordered wings as well couple apps shown in PICTs. Everything with pretty good I loved the crispy mess of the wings plenty of flavors to choose from. Service was fast am friendly. We had tried this place before on DoorDash and it was good so we decided to try going to the actual location. Hard to choose between a one star and two star, but one star = "Not Good", and that was our experience on our first ( and last ) visit here today. Daughter had mac and cheese, Wife had Boneless Wings, and I had the Cogburger. Everything was edible, but nothing was good. The mac and cheese was flat, thin, and lacking on flavor. My burger was dry and without much flavor, and my wifes wings were bland with only the BBQ sauce contributing to the flavor. Server was nice enough, attentive without being intrusive, and made sure our coupon was honored. The seating was nice enough, but the table was sticky from the varnish degrading, not from a lack of cleanliness. A little dark for a restaurant, but not bad for a bar. We should have checked reviews before selecting Cogburns, as this location and their other locations are all pretty low rated. We gave it a shot becuase of the coupon, but won't be back. Its a shame as this location is close to our house, and we'd have liked for it to be our new go to. I'd suggest Zipps down the street. read more

I pass by this place quite often while running errands and I have always been curious. So while out and about my wife and I finally decided to give it a try. It was on a Wednesday at 4:36pm. As we entered there was no greeter. We made our way to a table and after around 10 minutes Julia H. our server finally acknowledged us and provided us with menus. It was not busy at all. I would say around 6 to 7 other patrons, mostly old guys competing for attention from the young bartender. The place gave me dive vibes but that's fine with me, we were willing to test things out. We both ordered wings. I like that I could order mine naked. That's as far as I can go. The wings were not impressive. They leaned on the small side and overcooked. I finished them all because it was late in the day and I had not had anything to eat all day. My wife was not impressed at all. This Cogburns location is fairly new, BUT it is amazing and just down the street from where I live. It could very well be a new watering hole for Chandler, the beers are cold and the wings are amazing! So many different flavors to try you have to come back multiple times to try everything. The staff is very kind and attentive especially Dani! She rocks it every night and does it with a smile on her face night in night out. Although the sign isn't very bright it gives it a dive bar vibe which I love BUT bringing more attention to the outside would make this place a great hangout spot for any sporting events to come. I was getting my tires installed at Discount Tire (who were awesome and got a 5-star review), so I wandered over to grab some wings and a beer. As always, I went to wash my hands after I entered, before ordering. The place was pretty dingy and had a stale smell. I opened the men's room door, and before I could get to the sink, I threw up from the smell. One urinal had a dry cleaning bag over it. There was urine all over the floor, and it literally smelled of decay. No wings, no way, no how. Really strange, as the Val Vista location is spotless. I wanted to like this place and sadly was disappointed. This is the one on Cooper and Warner. The wait staff was nice and attentive which was great. I had a question about a menu item, they didn't know but were able to get me the answer right away. Again. Very good. Now the not so good. The prices are way to high for the food quality and amount. We got the everything appetizer and it was 16 bucks! It came out on a small plate. It was cold and it was not good. The wings were fatty and greasy as well.
