We wanted to go with trex decking material. They Came up with a fantastic design. They also had to build a retaining wall. So there were multiple steps in this project. They helped getting all of the necessary permits and dealing with the town for all of the problems that came up. Updating 5/12. They finished the landscaping. They did an amazing job. Attaching before the whole project and the after. It was an immense project and there were roadblocks put up by the town but yellow wagon helped navigate all of those every step of the way. But he was accommodating and continued to work until late at night (with a 7 am start) even on Sundays... including New Year's Eve. His pricing is great. I was confused by her question and asked what did she mean. She said "we offer a spring clean up with weekly maintenance." I told her we were thinking of monthly maintenance after the first service to see if we were satisfied. She cut me off and said very sternly "no, that's not how it works. We come weekly." I explained to her that it's my yard, first off, and it's a 7 x 10ft patch of grass behind a townhouse, we don't need someone weekly. She said "well that's not how we do things." This is my house and I dictate how it works, she then accused ME of being nasty! Her job was customer service, she should not be talking to ppl like that or telling them what they need at their home. She hadn't even seen the property and probably never would as she just answers phones and I'm sure is not mowing lawns or raking leaves. Last thing I needed at 9:30am, great way to start the day. Definitely would not recommend based on the attitude I received over the phone, I would not give them my money.

He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. I don't know anything about this sort of stuff so he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance. If I ever do have another problem, Mike will be my first call, and I would recommend him to anyone else who asks.

Then he recommended a plumber (Mazzone) that would fix one facet of the whole issue. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

Sirhii and Nick were the ones that came gave a quote and later installed the seven steps. They did a great job installing the steps. They also repaired certain parts of the railing, by cutting and replacing steel pieces and by welding them. In other words they were equipped to handle the job, and also with the knowledge to do it. The second day Nick came and painted the whole thing. We are very happy that we had ETD do the work. Now for the cleanup......Nick came with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner to clean everything.
