When I moved to Key West, I first tried some classes at another gym... where I was bored, and the workouts were not high-energy or motivating. So I found Flex Key West recommended by my neighbor. Flex was everything I was looking for!! Fast paced, high music, motivating, group classes that actually deliver results! I'm stronger and more fit, and everyone in the class is so friendly and supportive. It's a safe environment and everyone cares about your fitness, fun, and no judgement! This is not a foo-foo workout, it's tough but worth it because the reward is amazing. There's several classes you can sign up for using their app, or the MINDBODY app. There's also 24 hr gym access using a fingerprint keypad when you're a member. This is a terrific little fitness trail consisting of 10 workout stations. A great way to get some…read morestrength training in between your beach route runs. The trail has a soft black spongelike feeling that makes it wonderful for doing your groundwork exercises. Another benefit to the nicely cushioned trail is that it is enjoyable to jog from station-to-station between workouts. A few of the stations are too hard for me personally, like pull-ups and parallel bars for hand-walks and dips. For these stations I change it up and do Sally squats, lunges, wall sits, planks, etc. To keep the strength going for each section. A wonderful addition, though I would like to see some more stations added. There is plenty of room to accommodate more stations for sure. I will definitely get good use from this trail.
