Summer and Calusa ended up joining us because they allow the dolphins to choose if they participate. They were all so eager to be there, it felt like they truly enjoyed their "swimming with the people" experience. KJ was an incredible trainer. Patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. We were 2 adults with 2 kids (ages 6 and 9) and she was so wonderful to work with. We got some great pictures from Sam and made memories that will last a lifetime. After we finished our experience, we ran around in the splash pad to rinse the salt water off and my kids enjoyed that. We also watched the sea lions practice all of their tricks and that was so fun to watch! I can't speak on just coming to the center without an experience booked since we swam with the dolphins, but I can say with that experience, we had a fabulous time!

Just had my 2nd cup of dark roast coffee of the morning and was ready to burn off some unwanted calories. There is no escaping the charismatic employee at the check-in desk only a few feet from the entry doors. While the employee was explaining the membership payment options, I noticed only a handful of members working out in the modestly sized gym with an excellent selection of Cybex machines, which is a dominate brand with fitness gurus. Based on the few pieces of equipment, I would be able to make due for a one hour workout, but was shocked by the high priced $25.00 day pass. An option would be $99.00 per month if a yearly membership is secured. I guess no gym workout for me today and will have to accept 15k steps today while window shopping instead.

I signed up online, for three classes, every other day and enjoyed every minute. The setting is serene in a lush but clean shaded jungle garden out back of a beautiful house with a water feature providing soothing sound energy. Victoria and Lauren were excellent teachers. I recommend both. My last class had a much smaller number of students so Lauren kindly took a little time to provide input on the poses so I can improve. I am enjoying this yoga journey filled with learning, meditation, flexibility, strength and positive vibes. Life is good with Yoga Sanctuary!

Each year, I've tried to purchase a size large T-shirt, but they're always sold out. This time, I called a month in advance and asked to have one set aside for me. Alex kindly agreed, put my name on it, and assured me it would be there when I arrived. However, when I went to pick it up, the manager informed me that it had been sold anyway. I'm extremely disappointed by how this was handled. The manager seemed indifferent, which only added to my frustration. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable representing this gym, and I won't be giving them my business moving forward. It's unfortunate, as I have a lot of nostalgia tied to training there. I just wish the management had handled the situation more professionally.
