Alex kindly agreed, put my name on it, and assured me it would be there when I arrived. However, when I went to pick it up, the manager informed me that it had been sold anyway. I'm extremely disappointed by how this was handled. The manager seemed indifferent, which only added to my frustration. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable representing this gym, and I won't be giving them my business moving forward. It's unfortunate, as I have a lot of nostalgia tied to training there. I just wish the management had handled the situation more professionally.

He is very knowledgeable and attentive, and built the session around our asks for which areas needed the most attention/stretching/etc. He follows classic Pilates format, which is my preference, and we had a great workout. His cues, corrections, and reminders to stay attuned to breathing and what your body is doing were very helpful. Our session was on our final day in Key Largo- else we would have booked additional classes! The studio is immaculate with reformers and cadillacs. My first stop after unpacking was heading back to Froggy's to sign up. While in the Keys, I went to Froggy's almost every day - wish I had a gym like Froggy's back home. Equipment is clean and well-maintained, staff is super friendly, and everyone working out appears to be serious about getting in & getting out (no one is sitting on machines & checking phones). I especially like that the class room is available for use when there are no classes in progress - it's a great space for stretching, Pilates, etc. I'm already looking forward to retuning next year.

I visited Froggy's Fitness on a Sunday with my family of four. I've been to the Keys many times…read moreover the years and even worked out at this gym in the past. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. When I asked about daily fees, I was told it was $25 per person per day. I was shocked at the price and politely asked if there were any discounts for locals. The front desk person rudely asked if it was my first time in the Keys. I told him no, I've been coming here for years and had never paid such exorbitant rates. He dismissively said, "That's the price." I then showed him the gym's own website, which listed $10 per day and even offered a 20% discount for teachers, police, firefighters, and students. I explained that I am a firefighter, my wife is a teacher, and my two kids are students. He refused to honor either the online price or the discounts and rudely told me, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This level of unprofessionalism and false advertising is unacceptable. Not only was the staff rude, but they also refused to honor their own published prices and discounts. I will never return here and cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I sincerely hope the ownership re-trains their staff on customer service and integrity, because right now, this gym is doing a disservice to both locals and visitors.
