Today was my first visit to this coffee shop. My first impression was that it has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere since the tables and chairs weren't too close together and because the patrons seemed to talk at a lower decibel level. The owner was also very kind, taking the time to tell me about the history of the shop as well as the places they buy their beans from. Additionally, there is one sofa and two lounge chairs to relax in. Regarding the coffee, I ordered an Americano which I must say is one of only two Americanos I've ever had in the greater Boston area that would make me want to come back and order it again. It was both smooth and strong without that awful bitter taste that tends to accompany the majority of the Americano's you'll find at coffee shops. They use fairtrade Deans coffee that is a mix of Brazilian and Honduran coffee. It stands to reason that if the place makes decent Americanos they must also make decent expresso's since an Americano is just a single or double shot of expresso with a cup of hot water. To go with the Americano, I had a blueberry muffin which was also pleasantly surprising. It didn't have a mountain of sugar topping like most muffins tend to have and the muffin itself wasn't too sugary either so it actually tasted like blueberries. If I had to guess the shop is about 10-12 min from 495 so it's relatively accessible from the highway too. I would highly recommend coming here to take a break from the awful rush hour traffic that has become so commonplace now. Better to buy a small snack and hot drink here than get rear ended in bumper to bumper traffic. Parking spots along High St are 2 hour max so no need to worry about tickets (for 2 hours anyways). I'm from Worcester, but had an appointment in Clinton. After my appointment I was looking for some type of coffee shop (usually starbucks) to go finish my work as I had a deadline at 12 and it was 10. I looked up coffee shops and learned Coffeelands was 3 minutes away so I decided to go. It was such a nice spacious environment and it was so calm so I knew it would be perfect to do work in. I drive 20 minutes to Coffeelands to get their matcha green tea latte (best I've had) with a delicious bagel sandwich. Avocado on the sandwiches is always fresh, and they are always well presented. Yet to have something here I don't love. Well done!!! read more

I stopped in here with my wife as we were looking for a place to enjoy some coffee and wifi while my son was at baseball practice on a Sunday afternoon. The coffee, wifi and overall service was great. I was surprised to learn the cafe was recently purchased by a young couple with what sounds like big plans to enhance the whole space. I never went here under the old ownership but the girl who owns it now really put an effort into improving the business. When she first took over she gave me a huge stack of coupons for free coffees to hand out to people which I thought was really considerate and good advertisement.
