Coffeecito is a cool shop that is so neato! A place I would like to take you so why don't ya venga conmigo. I'll order two cups and find a spot where I can sit contigo. Feel at home and relax and take off your abrigo. You know this a dope spot if you're hanging with this Chico. So check it out, I ordered one of the specialty drinks and a drip and they were legit. My first drink was their Catalana Latte that came with vanilla with a little hint of blood orange and infused with caramel. Maaan, that was pretty good and the drip coffee held its own. Ok so the drinks were good and the atmosphere so chill with a cool college vibe playlist which I was really enjoying. They have a downstairs and upstairs space as well as outside seating with a cozy little patio. The service was like the drinks, cold and hot and hopefully next time the baristas will be on the same page. As far as the dine in service, only if you order the drip coffee which doesn't make sense but oh well, house rules I guess. Again, hopefully it will be available someday because it would really make the experience so enjoyable. But this is definitely a sweet spot and you really don't find these places anymore so come out and support and keep these gems alive. And that's my take on this almost to good to be true coffee house, Peace out my peeps.

Someone took me to this very cute historical home restaurant. The decor has an authentic cultural aesthetic and comfortable atmosphere. The owner greeted us and was very welcoming. I decided to try the lavender blossom matcha and veggie egg bites. The lavender cold foam was very good however the matcha was milky and didn't have ceremonial grade matcha in it. The egg bites were bland with a lot of cheese on top. The baristas told me everything was pre-mixed and I think the food quality would be better if it were made fresh. Overall beautiful decor and comfortable place to have a coffee and read.

Great coffee nice style of shop, literally a nice house design, such a nice vibrant place to go. Coffee is always fresh and up to date, menu is always updating and keeping up with the seasons. The service is amazing for the morning shift just two baristas named Em and Izzy getting all the orders done in an efficient way and their customer service great! They had May tickets and knocked them out super efficient. Bakery items super fresh and warm, music played was great and at a nice volume where you'd could hold a conversation and study. The espresso machines seemed very calibrated and kept clean, espresso was super smooth and had great notes of taste. Thank you to Em and Izzy for the great experience here!

Must visit this coffee shop! The ambiance is phenomenal, I felt like I was transported to wine country sitting in the outside patio while sipping on my coffee sans whine. The inside is just as relaxing and the music playing was just the right playlist. I ordered a churro oat latte and it tasted very good, you can definitely taste the espresso and cinnamon. Service was friendly. Absolutely loved this coffee shop!

These coffees were so good! The space is clean, it is in a pretty central location, and the staff are friendly and courteous. Can't wait to come back.

Such a cozy cafe in Riverside! This is a great spot to study at and staff is accommodating and friendly. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was good! Great space and love how it's a house haha

First off , the coffee shop is UNIQUELY made . The view on the 2nd floor is so Beautiful ! The coffee on the other hand is good but I felt like there was flavor missing . My wife ordered her white chocolate with sugar free vanilla, She loved it ! Great customer service by the way . Im not a fan of light coffee but Hey, they do have alot of sugar free options. If you're looking for a spot to meet up with some family , friends or maybe catch up on some work , this is the spot !

This charming coffee shop feels like stepping into a cozy, lived-in home, with lots of natural light inside, rustic décor, and pillows that makes it feel cozy and relaxing. The ambiance is quite chill with thoughtfully curated music, enhanced by a great mix of seating options--outside and inside seating, benches, and tables--perfect for lingering over a book or a quiet conversation. Located in a unique, house-like setting, it offers a peaceful retreat from the streets and the outdoor patio is ideal for sunny days. However, visitors should note that metered parking is required nearby. On the upside you can order ahead to skip the line. I had the matcha latte with oat milk and pump of vanilla which was just enough sweetness and a descent quality overall.

From the outside, it looks like an other stately home in the DTR area. Then you see it's a cutesy and trendy cafe! It's very unique in that way and modern.Walking in feels like I'm a guest, visiting. It has a Airbnb feel to it. To the left, is the order counter with the menu on the wall and merch. I asked the barista a couple questions, such as seeing if the milk was gluten free, (it is!). They have some unique pastries on a display shelf. Staff is nice and accommodating. I ordered the duvalatte, which is a mix of chocolate, strawberry, and expresso. It is very good and sweet! I also tried a hot dulce de leche latte, which is a perfect blend of sweetness. Our order was ready within 10 minutes. This cafe is 2 levels, with tables and chairs. The upstairs reminds me of somewhere where the cast on Friends would hang. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and upstairs. The cafe offers free WiFi for customers working from there. If you are looking for a spot to host, maybe a social, this is a good one. Plenty of groups come to study, work, or chat. It is very welcoming in that way. The patio area also has some tables and chairs for groups. I would recommend and will be back soon.

JUST WOW!!! Do NOT rely on the 3.7 stars this little gem has! It is worth 100 stars. Not only is it the cutest coffee shop I've ever been to, but they thought of everything! Food and coffee were both exceptional! We ate our breakfast upstairs, and my husband realized we forgot napkins, we look around and there was a stack of napkins behind us. GENIUS! Ambiance was so relaxing. There was a yoga class on the patio. I will be looking in to that! Thank you for the amazing experience! Can't wait to come back! I've already text my fiends and family to let them know of this hidden gem. Great start to a beautiful Saturday! Thank you Coffecito House!

YUMMY, ARTISAN, & LATINO-OWNED! I can't give enough praise to this EXCELLENT Riverside coffee shop! Every time I'm in the neighborhood I stop by Coffeecito to grab an iced drink. My current fav is the Dulce Fogata, it's sugar-free and oh so good. I'm a big fan of iced coffee and I'm good at taking the temperature of a place. This is THEE spot! I noticed awards on the wall for their premium coffee. The staff is pretty nice, especially the ladies behind the counter. They always ask me if I'd like some espresso pumps and verify my order. I've encountered professional staff pretty much every time I stop by. Coffeecito is in an old-style historic home, it's a Riverside landmark and in the heart of downtown. Coffeecito is near several office buildings and residential areas. It's the perfect spot for a coffee break. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available!

A the delicious food I ordered.

The chorizo burrito is very tasty. It has chorizo, eggs and potato cubes. It also has some salsa in it but not a lot. It's enough to give it a nice flavor. It comes with a side of salsa de chiles rojos. It was really good. I also ordered several pastries and they are delicious! I'm still working on them. I also ordered cookies. They are amazing! My mazapan latte was flavorful! Can't get this at Starbucks... just saying.

Visited on a weekday day off I had and I had seen so many excellent reviews about this place so I NEEDED to visit . I was not disappointed! Parking is street parking but the first 30 mins is free. It's so very home-y and quaint and I immediately fell in love with it!! The service was just as excellent. No wait in the morning and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the chorizo burrito with an iced coffee (cannot remember the name). Both were so delicious and the burrito definitely hit the spot. Plenty of seating so I was able to study and stayed longer than I anticipated! I will definitely be going back.

And the sweet bread selection was a perfect touch to round out the meal along with their chocolate strawberry fountain and ice cream. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The Mission Inn Restaurant Is Wasting A Valuable Opportunity…read more A four-star setting deserves better than a cafeteria menu. My sisters and I had lunch at the Mission Inn restaurant last week. I had already browsed the menu beforehand, and nothing on it suggested we were dining somewhere remarkable. That's a warning sign I should have taken more seriously. I ordered the French dip and sweet potato fries. What arrived tasted like something assembled with the kind of institutional efficiency you find in a hospital cafeteria, not a landmark destination. The food was not bad in the way that offends you; it was bad in the way that confuses you. You keep looking around to make sure you're actually inside the building you think you're inside. Here is what I want management to actually hear: the staff were fine. They were present, professional, and doing their jobs. This is not about them. This is about whoever is responsible for the menu, and whoever signed off on the idea that sweet potato fries should be plated with ketchup. Ketchup. Even Denny's has moved past that. A chipotle aioli costs twelve cents more and communicates that someone in the kitchen cares. A small dish of something intentional says: we thought about you before you sat down. The Mission Inn is a National Historic Landmark. Teddy Roosevelt slept there. It has a courtyard that makes people stop mid-sentence to look at it. And then they sit down to a French dip that could have come from a stadium concession stand. That gap is not a small problem. It is a brand problem. It tells every guest who walks through the door that the building is serious, but the restaurant is an afterthought. When your setting is that extraordinary, the food does not need to be transcendent; it needs to be *considered*. It needs to suggest that someone with taste made a decision. Right now, it suggests that no one did. The Mission Inn deserves a restaurant that meets it at its own level. So does everyone who makes the drive out there expecting the full experience. What would it cost to hire one menu consultant for a single afternoon?

The owner, Santiago, allowed us to come a half hour beforehand to decorate & we came in, not knowing what to expect. Upon our arrival, the birthday cake was promptly whisked away to the kitchen, we found Santiago PERSONALLY on his hands & knees fixing the electrical cords for us, our servers introduced themselves & graciously helped us rearrange the set-up to accommodate the band we brought in. Then helped us rearrange the layout yet again once we realized the band needed to be next to the electrical outlets. I was embarrassed to even ask so I started doing it myself but they jumped right in without being asked. If I'm being honest, usually I'm not a fan of buffet meals, so I wasn't expecting much. But everything served was SO delicious! The fajitas were my favorite dish, not only flavorful but also nice & moist. Not only that, but they refilled the food for us as it ran out. They brought out to-go boxes for the leftovers, & best believe my family took home every last bite! The lime margarita tower was SO yummy but also hella dangerous because it was strong!! Other restaurants will give you watered down drinks but El Patron doesn't play. We were only planning on one but it was so good, we couldn't resist getting another. From start to finish, the servers (Leslie and Cecilia) were on POINT. Their service went above & beyond expectations-- continuously checking on us, refilling drinks/food, taking photos, etc. Not only that, but also, when my young autistic nephew unfortunately got sick, they were so incredibly compassionate about it & helped clean up the mess right away. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail & quality of care. As my grandma is getting older, we are especially cherishing these final years with her. We spent thousands overall (venue, music, photographer, special mass, etc) but every last cent was worth seeing her happy with all of her loved ones. After many months of planning, I was super nervous about something going wrong but I can honestly say that core memories were made. Thank you to Santiago, Leslie & Cecilia for your hospitality, good food & work ethic-- it truly meant so much for our family unit.
