Coffee Tyme At The Beach - Inside - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cape May, New Jersey

Waited all week to finally find a coffee shop with gluten free breakfast sandwiches! And who knows how to mix a proper iced latte without just pouring the hot espresso over ice so youre left with a cup of room temperature latte with 3 floating ice cubes. The iced latte lovers know. So many great flavor combos too. And all the dairy free milk options. I'd get an extra pump or 2 of sweetener next time but overall, best spot ive found so far in CMB. read more

Would give a zero if it was an option. Pisspoor quality and the staff could not care less. You'd think that a deli on the Jersey shore would take a little more pride in a pork roll - this is low quality sliced deli ham. The egg was clearly frozen and tossed in a microwave. Despicable. read more

This is a great setting and wonderful people watching from the outdoor tables. On season I have never been here without a line. They have a nice selection of bagels and a serve yourself coffee station. I have found the acai bowls to be very disappointing. First of all they are HUGE. No one needs to eat that much, especially with something that is frozen and is going to melt. I have found the ingredients to be icy and a few minutes in the bowls just turn to mush. I have had other acai bowls on island that are much better. read more

Great little coffee shop! The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. Winnie was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations on what to try. Everything we had was really good. Definitely a spot we'd come back to next time we're in the area! read more

The coffee and the sandwich were great however it was packed on a Sunday morning (go figure) and multiple groups were served before us. It took about 15 minutes for a single sandwich. They could have apologized for the wait. read more

Service was amazing, quick, and fast. The sandwich was great, I like how you can get 2 meats. and The shop is also just really cute. Nice ambiance. read more

Friendly staff. Love the small town vibe of this place. Cash or Venmo only. Got a great seasonal latte - snickerdoodle. Was great!!! Warm and smooth! Very impressed. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were good but a bit small for $7.50. Expected a little more size. read more

Our coffees were delicious , amd the breakfast sandwich was good as well!! We can't wait to go back to Cape May & visit Coffee Tyme again !

Got takeaway sausage egg and cheese sandwiches to eat on the beach. They were satisfying and hit the spot. Store is cute. Service is good but slow. Prices not cheap but about average for cape May. Convenient. read more

Rude workers who's coffee taste like their attitude, burnt and tasteless. Cute shop though.

Vibe is meh. $7.14 for a medium latte is not cheap. Interior is run down. Most importantly, they don't accept cards. Only Venmo and cash. Nobody carries cash in 2025 and Venmo slows down the line tremendously. They need to rethink their business model. read more

Traveled to Cape May for a bachelorette party and visiting Coffee Tyme was a must for the bride. The coffee is absolutely delicious (tried a seasonal flavor) and the staff is so friendly! Will be going back (: read more

They may not have a huge selection compared to the larger bagel/cafe chains in the area, but their muffins are light and they have a range of self service coffee options. 10 min/$.25 street parking in front. read more

We absolutely love this place! Last year on our trip here we went there everyday of our vacation and this year the same! We love Jenna she is so lovely. Also shout out to Nicole for remembering my love of a great chocolate chip cookie from a year ago. read more

We always make sure to stop at Coffee Tyme when we visit Cape May! GREAT drinks and the few times we've gotten breakfast food items, it's been a hit as well! I recently discovered they have their pumpkin chai all year which is a bonus to me. We've visited all 3 locations over the years and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and tasty food and drinks. What more could you ask for while on vacation? Definitely recommend if you're in the area! read more

This place has the best coffee. Their Iced Vanilla Chai is to dieee for!! Thank you Jenna T!

Been going her for years and have no excuse as to why I haven't I added to my review portfolio before now. BEST Iced COFFEE IN NJ, not just in Cape May. And this is the consensus of a large family of coffee snobs (as well and pizza snobs). Do not go to the mall without a visit! read more

Coffee Tyme At The Beach - Cinnamon roll - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cape May, New Jersey

I ordered a cappuccino. It was not great, lacking that full-bodied espresso flavor to which I'm accustomed. Also, $5 seems pricey for a small cappuccino. Aside from the drink, the place was crammed, with only a couple of stools, and the counter at which we sat was sticky. The service wasn't great, either: the girl at the "register"--in quotation marks because I had to pay via Venmo for some reason--could use a personality adjustment. read more

If you want a delicious drink made fresh and quick, this is the placeeee! Not only were the staff really friendly, but they made four drinks in under 5 minutes. Just wanted to add that I really, REALLY enjoyed the pumpkin chai latte! It was sooo good. read more

Coffee Tyme At The Beach - Coffee Tyme!!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cape May, New Jersey

I stopped in here for a quick afternoon coffee pick me up. It's fairly spacious on the inside, not the cutest of coffee shops but not bad by any means. Pretty large coffee selection of flavors and mix ins. I got an iced raspberry white chocolate latte and wished I had just stuck with plain coffee. It tasted very artificial and was overly sweet. I tried a friends sugar free caramel coffee shake and it was not good. It is made from a powdered coffee base and it tasted chalky and stale. I can't say whether I'd recommend their coffee because it was difficult to taste over the artificial flavors. I'd recommend stopping in at Magic Brain Cafe instead just up the road. Excellent coffee and baked goods! read more

I am SO MAD that we discovered this place on the morning we were leaving Cape May. There are a ton of options and blends to choose from, although a bit pricey, it was worth every cent. I got the panda bear coffee and it was the perfect blend. So if your a lavender girl like me please get the lavender honey latte. They do it so well here. It was my favorite coffee of my weekend and I drink a ton of coffee. Nice iced coffee. Can get crowded but line moves fast. Friendly staff working hard. Bring cash or use the atm- Cash only.

Cute little spot to stop and grab breakfast before the beach. Good location right off the boardwalk with quick service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs, avocado, cheese and tomatoes and a smoothie (which tastes better then it may look in the photo)! My friend ordered another sandwich on a croissant and felt it was a little bland and dry which is the reason for four stars. read more

Whenever I'm in Cape May, I make sure to grab a large iced hazelnut coffee from this place! It's literally only $3.50(I think) and it's amazing because there's no syrup added to the coffee for the hazelnut flavor! I wanted to try out their pastries one day, so I ordered a croissant and blueberry scone... The blueberry scone was stale and the croissant wasn't a real croissant since it looked like a Dunkin Donuts breakfast sandwich microwavable croissant.... Point is- come to Coffee Tyme for the coffees/teas, but steer clear of any baked goods! read more

I was greeted by the sweetest girl at the register (it was 1st day on the job!) and knew I wanted to try their well-known Frozen Coffee Specialty. The girl behind chimed in and told me her mom's go to which was (I believe) a Peanut Butter Chocolate Frozen Coffee with a shot of Espresso and Oat milk- and thats what I got! So good even though I ak not a super chocolatey person when it comes to coffee in the morning. Will definitely be stopping by again the next time I am in town to do another review! :) read more

Witnessed male boss be rude to young female employees and coffee was subpar. Will not be back.

Got the Cinnamon Twist iced latte with oat milk- worst latte I've ever had. Bitter, yet watered down and $7.99. The cinnamon and vanilla flavors taste horrible for some reason.
