First coffee came out without a problem, then waited 15 minutes for the other. Walked up to find 2 teenage patrons asking the barista which ones were theirs, and the barista watched them try all 4 coffees awaiting pickup.... Which were not theirs. I overhead the barista and the girls talking about my coffee and the name on my order. After they left, the barista immediately went to the other side of the restaurant and no one was making coffee anymore. I had to interrupt the front desk cashiers whispering to each other and giggling while a line of 3+ people waited. They told me that my coffee was up, at the other side of the restaurant, and I should have heard it. Terrible professionalism and customer service. Plus all that for an average coffee. Cute place, ok coffee, bad service- it's a no go from me.

The inside is cramped, but it's generally meant for picking up and ordering, not a typical coffee spot with laptops and headphones.

Possibly because the berry was in the coffee grinds from the previous drink and they did not do an adequate job of cleaning the grind basket in the coffee machine before making the next drink.
