Love this chic modern coffee shop! Super pretty and I love the deconstructed latte...super cool!

So I asked if the scone was good. "Yes it's good." Ok I'll take the scone. They heat it up. I take a bite. I can only think that the Sahara Desert feels like what this scone tastes like. "Dry" is such a limited word for the consistency of this scone. I ask for butter. "We don't have butter." But you have a kitchen, with cooks and other entrees. Don't they use butter for those? Jam? "We don't have jam." Really? I bet there's jam here somewhere. Yes I'm old. Yes I long for a coffee shop counter that gave you generous helpings of butter pats and jam pats. Yes I'm cranky and tired of robotic, unsmiling people in horrific, futuristic "coffee projects". I don't want a coffee project. I just want coffee and a scone that doesn't taste like sandpaper and a pat of butter. I'll settle for margarine.

Really great pour over selection in hell's kitchen! Not many places can match their selection. I was a big fan of their Janson lot 950 gesha. They also price their coffee reasonably compared to other shops. Alexa their barista provided great service. Ambiance is more fast casual less slow bar but they're more than willing to let you stay should you want to. Would recommend

Their latte is super smooth and rich! Its latte art is also beautifully done!

Love their coffee! I had a latte this time and everything is perfect! Barista is very professional and so friendly. However, the cafe is not that spacious ( nice location though!) The number of the seats is limited. Not the place for a large group. This cafe is very cozy and the place for real coffee lovers I want to try their pour over next time.

I am not easily impressed by coffee shops as I have an extensive setup at home. Coffee project thoroughly impressed me. My flat white was complex in flavor and that's hard to do with espresso and milk, let alone in a cafe setting. Their dial in was legit. The baristas were attentive and friendly. Great place!

Coffee project has a lot of tasty drink and food options, I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered yet! The ambiance of Coffee Project is very cute and trendy. There is usually a line around busy hours and you may need to wait for a seat.

Big fan of this coffee shop. It's located around the corner of 9th ave and has a neat vibe to it. Like every coffee shop it has the needed bathroom (that is well maintained), wifi (not sure if they leave it on during weekends but both the times I visited were on weekday mornings), and solid coffee. They rotate between a few seasonal drinks which I always appreciate. I tried the pandan latte and was honestly a big fan. It was not too sweet and the pandan flavor complements the coffee nicely. The service is quite nice and they do a good job maintaining the cleanliness of the store. They also have a kitchen and a few pastries. I tried the blueberry muffin and it was delightful. The staff will also warm up pastries for you if requested. When you walk inside they have a few tables on the right where you can use laptops and work, and on the inside there are 3-4 tables for small groups that the store will request you avoid using laptops on. Big fan and if there is seating it is a decent place for a work from home day at a cafe.

Cute little coffee shop tucked away. It's not very noticeable but glad I discovered it. Walking in, it's easy to order at the counter - depends when you go it can get pretty busy. There's definitely a fair share of tables inside the place and lighting is really comfortable. This coffee place doesn't have loud music playing at others and it makes it easy to have conversations. The coffee and food were decent - classic NYC prices but definitely a comfortable place to go!

I felt welcomed by the barista with red hair--such a warm and friendly vibe. The space is on the smaller side, but the elevated interior design makes it cozy and stylish. Pandan Latte ($7.50) + Oat Milk ($1): Hands down, the best pandan latte I've ever had. Most pandan coffees I've tried are either too sweet or too subtle, but this one hit the perfect level of sweetness. The balance of coffee, milk, and pandan flavor was spot-on, with an impeccable ratio. Love, love, love! Highly recommend.

Came here to try to work a bit in the afternoon. There are limited tables that allow laptops inside, but thankfully someone left pretty quickly. The person working the counter also said that around that time, 1pm ish, the tables come and go very fast, so if you wait a little you'll probably get a table soon. The tables outside were mostly free, though, and all of them had outlets nearby. Tables are quite small and others are working and taking calls and having conversations and outlets are shared between tables, so it can be quite loud and there's a chance there isn't a free outlet. I didn't see what it was like at the outdoor tables, but I assume roughly the same thing, plus no AC :') The pandan coffee was pretty tasty and kept me going through the afternoon, so no complaints there! It also wasn't too sweet; would order again. They also have a nice selection of food and pastries and other interesting coffee drinks. Overall would definitely stop by again if I needed a cafe in the area to work at, but maybe I'd try one of the outdoor tables if I had a ton of meetings.

Coffee Project has such a classy vibe to the store, while entering you see an organized space with tables and a seating area. There was also this beautiful installation that I saw when I looked up. This is a super cute cafe to loiter with friends or to get work done (limited tables for computers). They served typical cafe drinks that were averagely priced. I got a chai latte with oatmilk and it was a little sweeter than expected but was still good. The iced latte was super good and refreshing.

Overall: Love this place from the ambience to the coffee and baked goods to the staff. Loved it so much I came back the next day. Ambience: It looks like a small place but it is a decent size. I love that it is accessible with a ramp. The aesthetic is beautiful - modern and minimalist. The big windows are great for natural light and there are separate spaces for people who just want to sit and chat vs those that want to stay for a bit. Service: Friendly and quick. Just some food wholesome folks. Food: Try the almond croissant! They warm up all their baked goods. I tried the almond and chocolate croissants but the almond is superior! They don't make the food themselves but the coffee they do. I tried the latte, macchiatos, and the Kickass London Fog. All are delicious! Please come here!

Famous for their deconstructed latte and I'm so glad they opened one in Hell's Kitchen. I'm definitely coming back for it. The ambiance here is vibrant, clean, and decently large. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. We came here on a rainy Saturday morning for a quick breakfast to share and enjoyed it. ORDERED: Mushroom toast on a croissant - it was delicious and filling. The truffle flavor was quite pronounced. Matcha latte with almond milk - it was decent. Pretty average.

I just ordered a decaf coffee and it was $7.08. This the highest I've paid in Hell's Kitchen for a coffee. Sheesh! I'll stick to Starbucks.

The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
