So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.

He also took the time to answer our questions about whether to repair or replace, and gave us a straightforward, no-pressure take on heat pump dryers versus standard electric. He could easily have steered us toward a bigger job, but he didn't. Fast response, quick repair, fair price, and honest advice. The problem is that our GE profile French door fridge was only 4 years and 7 months old! So telling you all now...Do not purchase a GE Profile fridge. It's now owned by a Chinese company named Haier. The technician showed up on time and fixed the issue. He also helped to check the fridge which was making noise while running as a complimentary service. Good to see that customers feedback is given importance and they make an effort to correct things. Happy in the end with the service. They have a policy that they require credit card information and they don't mention about it until you part with your address and phone number. And this credit card information is needed even before they schedule your appointment.
