We contacted this company on a Saturday night after our LG washer was refusing to drain after all…read moreof my diy attempts to fix it. Not only did Stanislav come out within 24 hours, on a weekend with no upcharge, but after 30 minutes of test cycles he discovered that there weren't any issues and explained how we probably needed to change soap, use less, and not pack as much laundry into the washer (we've had this washer for six years and this was the first time this ever happened). He gave us some things to watch out for (error codes, etc) and some tips to avoid this again, while mentioning he had some parts in his truck to replace a pump, but he didn't think it would do anything and didn't want us to spend unneeded money. While a little embarrassed and out the $99 service call out fee, I appreciate a company that didn't take advantage of us and install unneeded parts just to make a quick buck. It turned out our oven fix wasn't as easy as we had hoped, but the oven is clearly fixed and within the price range Alex initially quoted.
