LOVED this place. This place was recommended to us by a few people at work who are familiar with the area. We stopped by on our way home for some caffeine to power us through the drive home. I was delighted to see that it is drive thru and they were super patient with us as we needed some time to peruse the menu. I decided to order an iced coffee with an alternative milk and their salted caramel flavor. GF ordered a dirty chai. My salted caramel iced coffee was DELICIOUS. Unlike some other places, the flavor was sweetened which you may or may not like depending on your preferences. This place is fire and would be dangerous for me if I lived in the area. read more

The kind service I always receive from every single smiling face is exactly why I go back over and over again. Not sure what you really want? They always whip up something amazing. One day the lines were insane at the Groton location - like almost to BK- I waited and those cars were serviced all under five minutes - I was so impressed!!! When I told them they all cheered for one another . It seems like a wonderful place to work. The only thing I may have noticed lately is the coffee seems a bit watered down? Or maybe the ice to water ratio is off. Either way it's an easy fix . read more

We live in Elmira NY about one and a half hours away. Whenever we drive up this direction we make sure we hit up one of these locations in Cortland. I wish they had one of these more closer to us. I think that says about all i can say. read more

Hit and miss I've found on this visit to Cortland (has always been great in the past!) one day I had ice coffee, it was so weak it was almost clear (my bad I guess for not checking before I drove off br staff should check too!). Other times service has been a bit off, one day I could get a small 8oz flat white, next day told only comes in medium, next day they don't even know what a flat white is! read more

Great service and excellent coffee. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this little coffee shack has a great selection of espresso options and some pretty good baked goods. The staff members are always warm, friendly and quick on their feet. The prices are very reasonable, but pick your time carefully - the line can stack up eight cars deep in both directions if you hit it between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. My one major criticism is the parking lot where it's located - whoever owns the property seems to have given up fixing potholes and is just letting it become a pitted mess. I do like the fact that I can get an 8oz coffee - something that's missing from the menu in a lot of chain restaurants. Make sure you try the banana bread! read more

We spent $20 in coffee at this place and they refused to give us a cup of water. Upon relaying our disappointment to the worker, the window was abruptly closed in our face. When we addressed our concerns to the owner, she defended her worker and asked us what we wanted. We said please kindly give a cup of water to your paying customers, to which she replied, "that will not happen". We will not support a business that is so miserly and indecent in basic humanity. read more

We love coffee mania. The staff is always friendly and they are happy to make you coffee the way you ask. The owners are wonderful too. They were the first Coffee shop in the area to offer almond milk. Anytime you are in the Cortland area I would highly recommend a visit to the Mania. read more

Now this- is real coffee. It's not bitter, has a little hazel(?)-nutty taste to it, and is always strong. It is definitely what I miss the most about being up in Cortland. Consistent, and extremely well priced if you get the $15 plastic travel cup and do the $1.25 refills. Doing that saved me so much money, and allowed me to go there almost daily and sometimes twice a day during finals week. Friendly service, got to know three of the baristas fairly well and they knew our orders every time. Seriously they have the best coffee I have ever had. Hands down the best coffee around. Their smoothies are also fantastic! I won't drink coffee from any other place if I'm in town. They would get 5 stars but their baked goods are sub par. I've had a number of them and haven't been very happy. read more
