My drink was supposed to be a pumpkin spice latte NO FOAM NO WHIP NO TOPPINGS! I took a drink it had whip cream so I took it out (I get sick) then look underneath! It tasted almost apple it was weird NOT PUMPKIN SPICE! I would have turned around but THE RUDENESS WAS INTENSE I COULDN'T!! More quiet quitting, lazy, employees. This Starbucks closed the doors and were only taking drive thru orders until 2:30pm. We waited in a line of vehicles, only to find out they were no longer taking orders when we got up to the microphone. Here's an idea! How about you have someone outside letting customers know the drive thru is closed or put an orange cone out there so your customers know the drive thru is closed! I love Starbucks but this particular store was filthy split drinks at the napkin/trash station. I went to use the restroom and it was disgusting.... There was paper all over the floor and no soap. Most Starbucks are very clean so this visit was a real disappointment. read more

Stopped here for a coffee recently and had the typical great Starbucks experience. Staff was quick and very friendly, and the coffee was made perfectly like you expect at Starbucks. Inside was very clean & well kept. Bathrooms were also spotless. read more

This place is full of witchcraft of the finest level! Hear me out....I drove up to the drive-through area and ordered a Venti Skinny Vanilla Latte and a Spinach Feta Wrap. In the MAYBE 5 seconds to drive from the speaker to the window, they opened the window and greeted me with my already made drink!!! This is a Starbucks, and I've never had delivery so fast anywhere, so I darn well know someone cast some sort of Harry Potter spell on me that made me think at least one minute was only 10 seconds. The icing on the cake is my wrap came out probably within 10 seconds of the drink. I'm going back here next week and asking them to blow on a bag of $1 bills, and I bet they'll turn into $100's! I'm also going to ask them to bless a voodoo doll I just made of Someone Who Shall Not Be Named. If your bum hurts tomorrow, it might be you.... Great service. This is your typical Starbucks. Staff was super friendly and inviting. I ordered my Cafe Mocha which was made perfectly and a turkey panini. The food is standard frozen SB food; which I expect. My only knock; and I guess this is with Starbucks in general, is no hand towels in the bathroom. I get saving paper; but, I hate touching public bathroom handles. read more

Took several minutes to get my drink, and when I did it was overfilled, the cap was not secure and it spilled in my car.

This Starbucks needs to get a better handle on managing the drive-thru. Everyone is in park because the line is too long. If the drive thru is to remain open, there needs to be enough staff to manage it. Super disappointed. There is also no way to get out of the drive thru once you're in it. read more

I went there and got a refresher and latte with my friend and one of the baristas, Ruben, was literally so funny and so nice to us. Joking and making the 3rd place a very warm and welcoming one. I have never seen a Starbucks with as much outside seating as this place! Mind you, it smelled like cows outside, but there were tons of tables outside to enjoy the nice weather. It is spacious and clean inside as well. I was hoping to find the Dalat coffee blend but this location didn't carry it. They do however carry a bunch of other cool Starbucks swag and their pastry cabinet was stocked and fully loaded. I tried the nitro brew (Starbucks Draft) cold salted caramel foam Freddo. I was very surprised to see this on the menu. I saw a cold freddo offered at the Starbucks in Madrird and understood that cappuccino freddos are popular in Greece but I didn't expect to see it on the menu in Cortland, NY. The drink is a nice balance of bitter and sweet. On the bottom you have the cold brew nitro coffee on tap and it is topped with a nice sweetened foam with something sprinkled on top (caramel dust? I am not sure). They had an interesting sippy cup cap on it that I have never seen Starbucks have before. It is neater than their standard white opaque plastic one because it allows you to see the foam and powdered stuff on top. It looked very beautiful and definitely woke me up. read more

Good service, friendly staff, however they were out of a lot of stuff, this is not their fault necessarily but they were even out of lids/cups and the lids they must have purchased to make up for this tasted like chemicals, really bad, this isn't a reflection on Starbucks as a company and I love their products but jeez the shortages around New York has been insane!!! read more

This is a very nice Starbucks. They have Nitro Cold Brew coffee on tap! It is available in the Tall and Grande sizes. My husband and I enjoyed this refreshing coffee on a very hot and stormy day! Can't wait to go back for more! read more

Just had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. Around 4 pm on Wednesday 1/29/20. The cashier/barista was very rude to my friends and I during our visit. She gave attitude to us and did not fill our coffees and drinks to the top. She also did not read our orders to make correctly, after she took them. I expect better customer service when going somewhere to grab a coffee before class. Also, my coffee tastes like it is from the bottom of the pot and tastes like grinds in it. Very very disappointed with this. read more

The bathrooms are dirty & had no toilet paper. They made my coffee wrong. I told the counter person that I couldn't have sugar, because I'm a type 1 diabetic and he offered to put some in for me. They did not give my son his strawberry cake pop. When I went back up I realized that the cashier never gave me a receipt. They did give him one though. Another customer drove off from the drive thru with out taking the coffee that they ordered; while I was waiting to place my order. I won't be visiting this Starbucks again. read more
