My favrioute place to study with a smoothie and a muffin. My friends say their coffee is lovely as well! Their Super Green smoothie with their red velvet muffin ugh!! What a super combo! I usually go to Coffee Culture at this location to study for frequent exams and complete work related assignments and estimate my frequency at about 4 times a week and twice on weekends for 2+ hours each time. Each time I usually order a large coffee, sometimes with a pastry. Today when I visited this particular location I sat down and started studying without ordering. After about ten minutes I was approached by a female manager and asked why I hadn't ordered yet. I replied that I had forgotten and would right now (awkward moment) but she said "We would rather you just leave." Uhh WHAT?!? I have NEVER experienced this before. I asked why and I quote, "We don't appreciate you using up our Wifi and not ordering." I was studying from a hardcover book. I pointed this out and the manager dodged the question and said "Please order or leave." And then walked away. I was in shock. I understand restaurants need to turn over tables but I am a frequent customer and I would expect to be treated with some respect. And what business turns away revenue? I ended up just leaving and seriously evaluating whether I would return. read more

We usually love Coffee Culture restaurants. We went tonight and ordered two medium coffee and unfortunately the coffee was not even luke warm. We had ordered a few muffins that had already been heated so we waited 10 minutes for them to brew more coffee (this was the only pot they had on hand??) while the muffins got cold. No word from the servers. Nothing was said. Judging by the other poor comments about this location it seems customer service is really not their forte so we will not be back. read more

Good local coffee shop. My wife & I visited here on a Saturday around 9am. Our coffee was very good, my smoothie was good, my wife's egg sandwich was average. This place is great! Great relaxing place to study or chat with friends. Hot chocolate and a peanut butter cookie is my go to but i tried the wrap and it was great! Highly recommend but plz dont go here with loud children lol its a quieter place. It alot better to go here then to try to study at starbucks. read more

Great location for quiet conversation, with a well-developed ambience. Another commenter said evenings are busy, loud and noisy. I could see that being a reality on busy nights. The noise factor is probably amplified by the fact that the number of hard surfaces (wood walls and hard flooring, tiles, etc) far outweigh the number of soft ones (couches and chairs). More soft surfaces like padded material on the walls would reduce this. Mind you, I went on a Friday and it was indeed quiet and comfortable. read more

I love Coffee Culture. Although it is a bit pricey, it has a good variety of drinks as well as salads, sandwiches and wraps. It has limited baked goods but they are always fresh and delicious :) I very much enjoy the decor, natural lighting and layout of the cafe. It is quite busy but there is usually a spot available and it's open late! Overall it is a cozy cafe with a delicious menu (the food not the actual menu...) and awesomely flexible hours :) read more

Got past this place today and ordered a chiller, the person at the counter had not probably heard of anything called "customer service". When I asked if I can get less ice in my chiller, she gave me a straight no due to the fact that they have standard measures and all that which was pure BS. They blend a puree with ice, how hard could it be to put less ice into the blender?! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in today to study as I would at any local coffee shop but I had just had lunch so I did not order right away because I was full and I sat down in a booth to study. It had only been 10 minutes before i noticed the manager pointing at me to her employee and I went up to her to ask if there was a problem and she said I could not sit there because a booth is for 4 people not 1 and that I should move. I said no there are no policies on where a customer would like to sit especially if the store is not even busy. I sat down then two minutes later she comes and asks me why I haven't bought coffee yet and I said I was going to later and she said " NO YOU WILL BUY IT NOW" these exact words.. So i said i don't want to right now she said okay you can leave then this is for customers so I left. Before leaving I said thanks for the seat and your horrible customer service and she yelled at me that i was not her customer... I have never been to this location but I decided to try it on New Year's Day for coffee with my family as well as yesterday to study and have lunch with my sister. There is a lot of space inside and the items on the menu are reasonably priced. I had the BLT and garden salad combo..it was delicious! I do recommend going in between meal times as I have heard it gets really crowded in the morning and around lunch time. read more

the atmosphere and space is great! there is plenty of space to chit chat with friends and enough large tables to bring in a laptop and do some work. the space is well decorated and creates a relaxing place to be. i wish the food and drink offerings were on par. the desserts are too sweet and there isn't anything amazing about the drinks that make me come back. I wish they had more variety when it comes to food and snacks. it would encourage me to come back and turn this into a hangout HQ for my friends and I. read more
