Just walk in and go to the back corner for your bagel needs. The bagels and lox are definitely a must try but even without the fancy fixings their plain, boiled bagels are a delight. They have all kinds of flavors including some that are very New Mexican, some classics, and some sweet options.

The employee who served it to me even commented on the color and said, "I don't know why it looks like that." I later sent Kaufman a photo of the drink on social media. They heart-reacted to the photo, so I followed up and pointed out that the matchas they advertise online don't look anything like the one I received. They saw my message but never responded. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else.
