I had a wonderful visit to the Coffee Break Cafe today. I am 12 hours from home visiting Massachusetts. I decided to drive to Seabrook and check out the beach and town. I researched where to find coffee before walking on the beach and the past reviews were great for this little cafe. The restaurant is just steps from the beach, great food, ​and great coffee. The owner was so courteous, went out of her way to make the experience​ fantastic. I highly recommend and can't wait to visit again. read more

Our party enjoyed several selections, and all diners were very happy. Food was nice and hot and very good. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. No rush to clear the table, easy to have conversation, but there can be loud people at tables that can inhibit your own conversation. Such a cute place! You order at the counter first before sitting down. They call your name when your food is ready, so no waitresses to bother you! :) Iced coffee was delicious. Came here this morning for a coffee, bagel, and home fries. I was so excited to see they had home fries because I feel like most bagel/coffee shops do not. I walked in and it was busy! A good sign already. The girl at the counter was super sweet and greeted me with a kind smile. I ordered my medium iced coffee with french vanilla (brewed) and added caramel. Also got a jalapeño bagel with garlic herb cream cheese and a side order of hash browns. Although it was booming my coffee and food came out super fast and once I ordered I was out in 5 minutes. Everything was amazing & yummy. Home fries were perfectly balanced between crispy and soft and they were seasoned well. My coffee was perfect, not too sweet but not too bitter. And the bagel was great too, super spicy which I love! I'm glad I decided to stop here and it made my morning off to a good start. Thanks Coffee break I will be back :) read more

Heaven never tasted so good! Seriously though the French toast was amazing! Tasted homemade with some whipped butter on top that melted into your mouth. I had a side of eggs and bacon as well that tasted delicious! My boyfriend ordered the green monster wrap with jalapeños, definitely has a kick and tasted great! It's such a cute little hole in the wall with amazing local artist pictures, beard oil, soaps and more to buy for cheap! I bought myself a Halloween homemade soap bar for only $2 to support a local artist! I will definitely be back this weekend and next time I visit! read more

My sister and I heard great things about this place. So we walked down from our cottage. Needed up waiting 45 min for ONE breakfast sandwich... That was an egg over easy, ( which takes about 2 min to make ) a slap of cheese barely melted, a cold piece of bacon, and an almost stale croissant... It wasn't worth the wait. Great coffees, but slow kitchen. Don't go there If you don't have atleast have an hour to spend waiting inside on a great beach day. read more

WiFi is working (streaming pandora without any complains from me or them), the food is good, coffee's hot ($1 refills), and the staff is friendly. Quick walk from the beach parking. This place is perfect. Plenty of space for seating while maintaining a small coffee shop feel. The staff here love what they do and take pride in it. I got the Pollywag Special (everything bagel, sausage, 3 eggs, bacon, tomatoes, onions, swiss cheese and a side of their "monster sauce"). It was a delicious mess. We took Yelp's advice and had breakfast at Coffee Break early on a beautiful Tuesday morning. It wasn't crowded, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I had the Pollywog sandwich; it was a delicious all- everything sandwich I'd readily buy again. My wife had an egg rollup with bacon. Very good. Coffee is available in three strengths and was very good. Service was friendly and the wait wasn't long. What's not to like? read more

Went back here again because Jumpin' Jacks down the street was closed. I asked for home fries, and the cashier asked the cook (different cook this time) and she said they were out. It was only late morning... it's ironic how the best tasting thing they cook is always not available. Yelpers don't often lead us astray but this was a very poor choice. The coffee was ok. The clam chowder was inedible. It seemed like it was full of flour. Paste like. Never have seen or tasted anything like it. We left it uneaten. Very disappointing! read more

This 2 stars is only for the coffee. The inside has a great atmosphere, and i'm sure the sandwiches are good. The espresso and the latte we ordered, however, were disappointing. We sat at a table that gave a clear view of the barista's technique, and we watched as she did not even tamp the grounds in the portafilter before pulling the shots. She used some kind of hockey puck thing that was mounted to the front of the rancilio grinder and gently pressed the pprtafilter up into it, but it was by no stretch of the imagination an actual tamper. The resulting espresso looked more like a tiny cup of coffee - no crema, and tasted like a charbucks espresso. The latte was also not great. See attached photo of the espresso. read more

I have been a frequent customer of CBC since they opened on Ocean Boulevard at Hampton Beach, NH. Not only did they bring a much needed coffee shop/cafe to the south end of the strip, but they also welcome a sense of community and pride, by allowing local artists to display their talents for visitors. The wait staff is friendly, their food is always prepared fresh, and they recently started ordering their delicious pastry items from Modern Pastry in the north end of Boston. I have not had a bad meal or coffee order there and HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Hampton Beach! read more

Went for breakfast for our first visit. Had a egg sandwich on Asiago bagel, fantastic! Other party had omelet w/home fries which was equally fantastic. Coffee comes from a local roaster and it shows! Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Erin was our server and 5* +. Will definitely be back soon. Only regret was not going sooner. read more
