We tried the bioluminescence drink and the toasty marshmallow latte. The bioluminescence drink is very aesthetic and drinks like a soda / energy drink, though it is a one and done for me as I don't feel the sparkles are the most healthy thing. The toasty marshmallow latte was a bit pricy at $7.50 but they had 3 pieces of toasted marshmallow that is perfect (s'mores like but not burnt) and there is a lot of drink. It was on the sweeter side for me. They have Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the side but it was a bit stale, but I won't be docking off a star as there's not much to it and everything else was delicious. We opted to dine in for the aesthetics and I'd recommend doing so as there's higher price point doesn't seem as worthwhile if you take these drinks to-go

The server was so nice and made sure to inform me the right way to just sip the coffee as it's not like regular drinking coffee- he asked I preferred sweet coffee and I said yes so he added a little sugar and it was just beautiful! My little demolished the Helva and hubs and I enjoyed our chocolate baklava at the end of a very fun but busy day! The shop it's self is small but beautiful as were the other customers enjoying their coffee made room for my little at the counter to look at all the treats in the case! Don't try and tell me how my bagel is supposed to be. I know. There is a certain pull, and chew that is part of the experience while you savor the texture and seasoning involved. There should be a certain a la dente exterior texture from being boiled. THIS IS IT. There is no other. Pumpernickel bagels and an experience in themselves. I lean more towards the savory side with my bagels because a lot of time at home I make a lox sandwich. I can vouch for the lox spread, jalapeno spread and the highly under-rated cinnamon raisin walnut. The latter is definitely a treat and the former can apply to most bagels and bialys in a highly complementary fashion. The garlic bagel is made to only be toasted with butter, but sometimes I make a breakfast sandwich with them. I only like to go to establishments that have better food or convenience than what I can do at home. I still make my own bagels, because I can. If I could go to ONE place the rest of my life, this would be it. Bravo Bagelry for keeping up your time-honored traditions and being a cornerstone of what I know as Bellingham.
