I had received some quotes from my dealer for work to compare after the promotional inspection I received for 45 dollars was complete at Rob's. Rob's must be short for robbery after seeing the quotes for comparable dealer work I was floored at the cost of their comparable service work. Are you guys kidding me I am not stupid all the quotes and estimates from Rob's went in the trash I felt I was getting ripped off. I felt misled when I told them I was looking for a lower priced independent repair shops to my dealer and got insane pricing for their labor and parts markup. When I found Kimberly's On Site and explained the situation my mother is a widow and we need to see about getting it running to clean up the land . I approved a $200 repair. When I showed up to pay, I was blindsided with an additional $215 charge for a part that supposedly broke during the repair, no phone call, no heads-up, just a surprise at the register. I have no idea if it broke on its own or was damaged in the process, and that ambiguity is the problem. A shop with integrity calls you the moment something unexpected happens. I won't be back.
