They have a solid drink selection in the cooler and all the exclusive chips and snacks to refill on a pit stop or for your late night snack run for the GreenField, Squirrel Hill, Homestead/Munhall residents. Energy Drinks, Fresh Krispy Kreme Donuts and giant 69 cent drinks in the vein of 7/11's really rounds out your wants and needs. Getting in and out of this place is easy, the gas is priced right and as a bonus they also have restrooms. This location is fairly new in its build so the edges are dust free the bathrooms are generally clean and everything just has that I'm new come in and enjoy me feel. BJs is the latest venture of wholesale clubs that have come to Pittsburgh and their focus is on customer satisfaction. Membership is $55.00 per year for the base membership and you can add a family member of choice onto your membership at no additional charge. They accept both their own coupons as well as manufacturers coupons and you can "stack" your savings. One of the first tenants of Newbury plaza they have their own gas for sale at member reduced prices. The store is not as big as Costco but the aisles are clearly labelled and well organized. There is always someone around the front who can help you if you have trouble finding a particular item or need any sort of help in general. One of the nice things about this club is that they don't check your membership card upon entry. You only have to show it when you are checking out . BJs sells in bulk but in a smaller quantity than you would find at Costco. They carry two in house brands-Berkley Jensen (where they get their initials) and Wellsley Farms. They carry many name brand items as well. All forms of payment are accepted as well as any type of credit card. The store houses a deli as well as an in house bakery. You also have the option if you have their app to buy online, pick up in store or curbside delivery straight to your car. Delivery service is also available through the BJs app. During my recent visits I was able to stock up on paper goods, laundry supplies, as well as general store groceries. The meats appear very fresh and I had the opportunity to try both their in store made stuffed peppers and salmon burgers. Both were exceptionally good! Most recently I was able to purchase from their bakery raisin bran muffins. They come in a six pack and are huge!! Needless to say they were delicious!! You won't find everything you are looking for here-I'm still hoping their getting regular and not instant hot cereal but now that the holidays are over they are expanding their merchandise to things I haven't seen here before. They have a small fast food cafe near the checkout area as well as optical services. They also offer home improvement, tires, travel, and tech advisors. Like the other wholesale companies you can purchase big box items such as computers, TVs bed mattresses, the list goes on. They have a small amount of clothing for sale as well as books and toys. When you check out you must place your items on the checkout roller unless the item is too bulky or big. They will scan it for you. They will then put your items back in your cart for you take your registry receipt to the house inspectors prior to leaving. Outside they have tented cart returns in almost every aisle you are parked. I had a few hiccups when I started shopping here but the staff made sure that all my needs were addressed both timely and courteously. BJs wholesale club has a 2nd location currently under construction in the block Northway. That location is expected to open now in Mar 2022, Your membership is good at all their locations. This location is a welcome addition to the South Hills area. Located near Top Golf near the Bridgeville exit of I 79, they have their own parking lot.

This particular location is located in Jeannette, and it is open 24 hours per day. My husband and I needed to fill up the gas tank in our SUV with premium gasoline. A pump was available for our use, so we did not have to wait in a line of vehicles. The price of $4.999 per gallon was comparable to what other gas stations charge, and we experienced no waits or malfunctioning with the pump. Note: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can earn Perks here and later redeem them for discounts on gas and groceries. We did not use the convenience store or the GetGo Cafe, so I cannot comment on them.

For the time being this is the newest GetGo out there, give it time and another one will be taking…read morethat title. With that, the location of this one is in an already gas station heavy area. To note it is at a very busy intersection on Route 30 in Jeannette. This sits between two red light intersections, on a busy day this can be quite a chore to get in and out of. With it being brand new the location has all the bells and whistles. The gas island is set off to one side of the lot making it fairly easy if you are just getting gas. There is also a free air spot for your tires. The store portion is pretty great. It has that industrial feel. It has all that you would expect to find when it comes to convenience. This location also has a fairly extensive selection of beer and wine. The hot prepared food section is rather nice looking. I cannot speak to the speed or quality of the food as I was just looking for a quick drink after fueling up my vehicle. One added bonus at this location is kind of hidden. Prior to this being a GetGo a PNC Bank sat at the location. PNC didn't completely go away. In the back right corner there sits a drive up ATM, brought to you by no other than PNC.

The overall selection of foods is slightly smaller than what other grocery stores have, but their selection of organic items is slightly larger. Fresh Thyme is not our favorite grocery store, but we sometimes like to pop in here to see the different foods. My husband wanted to visit this particular Fresh Thyme in Bridgeville just to do a small amount of shopping. We selected three meats and one fruit. We experienced no problems with the checkout process. The prices were average.

I hate waiting to get gas, most GetGo stores only have four pumps. The store itself is clean, bright, and seems to have employees who actually care. Most GetGo stores are small, this one is like a mini Giant Eagle, you could almost do your weekly shopping in here. And you can earn fuel perks by shopping here as well as earn food perks for buying has here. Love it!

Shop 'n Save is where I go when I need something specific (i.e. Aldi won't cut it), I don't feel…read morelike driving to Target, and I don't have it in me to deal with the dreary lighting in Walmart. It's essentially my "I need this specific thing ASAP" spot to shop, especially since it's open fairly late. Since I'm never here to do a full grocery run, it's admittedly hard for me to judge exactly how "well rounded" Shop 'n Save's options are. I'm very confident in saying that they sell more than the basics, but I'm less confident in declaring where it falls on a scale from "a bit better than the basics" to "an amazing and comprehensive store." I can say from my speed runs that the baked goods section is solid - and by solid I mean it's extremely tempting! They also always at least have basic produce options. I can't comment on the deli and meat sections as I haven't shopped for those items yet. I have, however, grabbed essentials such as toilet paper, bread, eggs, and milk with no trouble. (Granted I haven't popped in and looked for those items right before a snow storm yet!) All in all, Shop 'n Save is a decent shopping option for me, particularly because of their hours and location. I'm sure I'll be here again soon.

I got Chicken from their deli, and was constantly INTEROGATED as to WHY , I was buying 2 pieces…read morethan 1, than 4. They then started setting my order aside in this warmer which made the chicken taste soggy, and I noticed I was being treated indifferently. On Sunday, 7/26/2026, a deli worker told the other right in front of me and others that I COULD NOT AFFORD MORE THAN 1 PIECE AND THAT I WAS POOR. I said how rude she was and she tried to say she was sorry after trying to humble me in public. Up front I yelled so loud the whole store heard me and the front end manager would NOT bring the store manager to me. I'm turning them in for discrimination as I shopped there for over 40 years and only for their products their staff is horrible at least most of them.
