Very busy and the workers are always on it I always see them running around and they have a million things to do at all times Sheetz keeps adding things but not hiring enough people to keep up with the things they add these workers are overwhelmed and overworked every time I stop in here there's cooler holes and screens dinging a gas spill a line of people beer deliveries it's complete chaos and it's not their fault they do the best they can Sheetz company really needs to think about the workers and not the money you can't have a business flow efficiently and happily when everyone is burnt out because of the companies greed. This location is small and dated for the franchise. Like the other review states, the parking lot is incredibly tiny. I remember this Sheetz being brand new from my college days. And back then it was a novelty for a Sheetz to have a drive thru window, now it's mostly the norm at new locations. Like I said it is small. The pumps are kind of like to the side of the building and everything else is crammed into this narrow piece of land. Inside they updated what was necessary, but left everything else the way it was. You would think that they would want to expand this site, but I doubt they can unless they were to move it elsewhere in town. This is a prime spot, kind of like the entryway into Monongahela. Staff were polite and quick. But if you have no purpose of going to Monongahela, then this Sheetz is probably a little inconvenient to visit. read more

Ok so I've lived in monongahela for years now. They know me at this sheetz. But as of recently it's gone down hill. To the point where I was waiting for someone at the register to ring me up. Well someone else walked in and cut right in front of me and the line and she took him and not me or anyone else who was waiting in line!! This is not the first time this has happened and honestly there has been multiple complaints to corporate and seems like nothing have been done. It's a shame because there are some great workers there but these few bad ones really bring it down. Best suggestion, come from 7pm and after for best service. read more

Stopped in here earlier after picking up dinner from a near by restaurant with my wife (age 42 & 35), to get a coffee and a canned wine cooler. While checking out the beer selection I noticed it was cheaper to buy 2 canned beverages so I grabbed 2. We went to check out but the cashier refused us service because my wife didn't have her I.D. on her. She didn't drive there and I was the one paying for the items. I'm sure this same cashier went outside and checked the I.D.'s of the girls waiting for their friend to return with the case of white claw too? *MICE!!!* I met with a guy in the Sheetz cafe to discuss renting a house in Monongahela and there were MICE running around in the cafe!!!!

Once again burned by this Sheetz location. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a sandwich. Finally was asked if i'd gotten it. The guy ran back grabbed my sausage biscuit handed it out. i go to sheetz regularly , they never have enough people in the kitchen! it's 2:30 am and i have to wait 15 minutes for a single cup of fries! seriously? every time i go in there is a huge line and not enough people at the registers. Most of the time they have to call people from the kitchen to come help with registers when there is not enough people in the kitchen to begin with! They seriously need to put more people on!
