The place has been spotless every time we have visited with pleasant staff who are always quick to take your order and give you a shout when it's ready. That said there are a few things that I find a bit confusing, for example they cut the pakora in half before frying them (?), this can cause them to be a bit dry, but at least they are well cooked. They also only have two vegetarian options on the menu :-( Friends and family (who are not vegetarian) have advised that their orders have been tasty and I have never had a bad portion of "double fried" chips. This has quickly become our "go to" chippy, especially as it's just up the road from us.
