He treats you more than just a customer but more like a neighbor and friend. I installed a basic system, and it meets my current needs. Roy explained things I might want to consider in the future, but never tried scare tactics to get me into upgrading. I know that in the future I will add some of the bells and whistles as my needs change. The service is great. It is so simple to use the easy-to-understand touch pad or your cell. It is cost effective, and the monitoring is GREAT. We had wind open a door and Sheriff and local Security were here within minutes. From time to time I forget that the system is on and do something stupid. They call immediately to see if I am OK and then require all passwords before closing the ticket. They do this not being annoyed for what I did, but with complete friendly understanding that S**T happens.

I reached out to them and spoke directly to the Owner Andrew; we made an appointment at my convenience a few weeks in advance when I was scheduled to be in town. Yesterday…read morewe had a house fire, I was in the shower when the alarms went off and immediately grabbed a towel and rushed out of my room to find the credenza engulfed in huge flames heading strait up to my children's rooms. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and started fighting the fire in my towel while screaming for my husband. I put out the fire and ran to my room to find my phone. I had two missed calls 4 minutes apart from bat over the course of 13 minutes. I called them back and told them that I had put out the fire and when would fire rescue be here. He had me give him my passcode then told me no worries they weren't dispatched have a good day. 8am sharp this morning I called bat security and asked the very sweet and kind front desk lady to get me a supervisor. I was transferred to Kyle the co owner. I explained to him the situation. He said he had no knowledge of this and this was the first he was hearing of it and asked me to give him a few minutes to investigate and call back, I told him to call my husband and to then arrange a time to come and get his gear out of my house because we were done. His tone then changed and he gruffly said he would look into it and call us back. He then called my husband a few moments later and said that they responded to the alarm and called my cell within four minutes, stating "that's a pretty reasonable call back time" my husband then tried to go to explain that the 2 calls were not the issue, the issue was 2 calls were made for an active fire alarm where no one answered and the fire department was never notified nor dispatched (I double checked this) As my husband was trying to explain this to Kyle, he was interrupted over and over to the point that he said "will you please stop interrupting me and let me finish" He then tried to go back to speaking and Kyle cut him off again. At that point my calm and cool husband had had it and said "if you cut me off one more time I am hanging up." Kyle's reply "pfft, go ahead, hang up!" ........ the owner people. So my husband did, he hung up. He then called back to speak to the front desk lady and asked what we needed to do to cancel and she said a letter was necessary which he then wrote and emailed over. We have been loyal customers to Bat security going on 6 years, the highest package they had, over $100 a month, never late on a payment EVER and trusted them with the safety and security of our home even when they ignored our repeated requests to fix our malfunctioning cameras. This is how we were treated after our home was on fire and they neglected the call for help from my monitored system. If you use Bat security head my warning and do not trust them with the safety of your home and family. The level of disrespect and carelessness on the part of the owner Kyle is beyond words. We decided that we didn't need it so we never signed up for their member ship. however all their gear and systems are still hooked up to the house, they didnt bother to come get it. The monitor in the wall would ring every other day or so and would ask for a code to stop it. I never even got any code from them and when I didnt sign up I imagined they would just turn everything off. That brings be to today, all of a sudden in the middle of the day the monitor powers the whole house with a fire alarm and wouldn't stop unless I put in the code. My six month old baby is screaming because it woke him up from a nap. I immediately call hawk security so they can help me turn it off, as it is their system that is doing it. the lady transfers me to support and no one ever answered after waiting for over 5 min. Meanwhile there is an alarm blasting through the whole house. I hang up and call again and the lady just starts telling me to unplug the monitor from the wall, I keep telling her there is no plug and she just keeps saying that there is. I explain to her that the wire is run through the wall. then she tells me in that case there should be a box plugged into the house somewhere, I explain to her there is not a box and that we barley have anything plugged in since we havent lived here very long and we havent been able to buy much furniture. She keeps speaking to me like im an idiot that there is a box plugged in somewhere and I just have to find it to get the system to stop. After looking through the whole house and not finding said box I ask her if they can send a tech out here to unplug the whole system, she said they only do that to people who pay. I ask her if I pay someone to come out to unplug it and she says they dont do that. She tells me she has other people on the line and has to go then just hangs up on me. I work in real estate and that is just not how you treat people especially if you're a company that provides a service. I ended up just cutting the system from the wall and creating a big hole in the drywall that now has to be repaired. I am still shocked at the way I was spoken to. If I could give zero stars I would. So I replace this battery myself and was told if I break anything I was responsible for fixing it. Wow. 2nd issue now its telling the panel battery which you have to go inside the panel to get to it and the issue was called customer service. I call they tell me again they will come do the replacement for a fee but all I have to do is take the panel apart and order a 7.2 volt battery to replace. But they will charge me to come out and if anything goes wrong im responsible for paying to get fix. I going to find a company that im not just giving money too with no service. This is the 3rd strike. I pay to much for foolishness. Hawk 360 I would not refer NO one too. Take money and no service in return.

Calls went unanswered, messages ignored, and every conversation seemed to lead to another excuse. I was left feeling trapped in a contract I no longer wanted, while nobody seemed interested in actually helping resolve the issue professionally. If you value honesty, transparency, and customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business with this company. ADT was even worse trying to fix the issues these "authorised Dealers" caused. It was a nightmare from start to end. We are going to take this to ADT CEO and let him know exactly what their dealers are pulling on hard working Americans. Shameful and uncalled for. They were half the price of the Best Buy squad, both for service and parts, they brought the hardware and wires needed, and they did an awesome job even re-routing some wires in the wall to make it work. I recently re-hired them to put in a home speaker system, including patio and pool speakers. They took care to try not to make a mess, trying to catch all the dust from the ceiling. They recommended the right speakers for the right price. They got it done quickly, and again for a good price. Plus Hector and crew are just genuine, honest and family people.
