Central Security Roy is such a nice person…read more He takes time to explain all your options and does not try to upsell you. He treats you more than just a customer but more like a neighbor and friend. I installed a basic system, and it meets my current needs. Roy explained things I might want to consider in the future, but never tried scare tactics to get me into upgrading. I know that in the future I will add some of the bells and whistles as my needs change. The service is great. It is so simple to use the easy-to-understand touch pad or your cell. It is cost effective, and the monitoring is GREAT. We had wind open a door and Sheriff and local Security were here within minutes. From time to time I forget that the system is on and do something stupid. They call immediately to see if I am OK and then require all passwords before closing the ticket. They do this not being annoyed for what I did, but with complete friendly understanding that S**T happens.

I was so impressed when I was encouraged to take the cell box so that I could save myself the $100 charge! She even told me how to unscrew it! Once I got to Ft. Worth, I called Roy and he has been really helpful and easy to work with! He worked hard to give me the level of security services that I wanted without any pushy up sale. I'm so impressed with the alarm app and its capabilities and I think that the price is better than any comparable service. I plan to add additional smart home and security features in the future and I'm appreciative that Roy has been very informative while also not pressuring me to buy anything. I highly recommend this company!

If you're in the market for security cameras I would highly recommend, Code Red Systems! These guys…read morehave went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that my home security camera system was perfect. Their equipment is durable, reliable, and in high quality HD. I also added the PTZ HD dome to my camera system. Although it cost a little more than the stationary HD cameras, the results are amazing. They also set the system up so I receive an email if the any camera sees motion, at NO addition charge!! There is of course a free app that you can download to watch live streaming video right from your phone. I can even control the PTZ from my phone, which is awesome! I can now leave my house without a doubt, that every square inch is being monitored, and recorded. Perfect example - After just two months of have my security cameras a construction company was building a house next to mine. The superintendent noticed that I had security cameras, and asked if I could review my video because he had a stack of about 50 plywood sheets stolen over the weekend. I called Code Red Systems to get their advanced help. Without hesitation they were able to locate the thief in action on my PTZ. Turned over the video, and the guy was caught! I did have a small glitch about every 10 seconds on one of the camera. I called and spoke with Justin about it, and with hesitation he said he was going to replaced the camera. I didn't think it was a big deal, but Justin wanted it cameras to be perfect. He came out and in about 15 minutes the camera was replaced and has been working great ever since. To top it off, while he was there he helped me set up my wifi extender for my surround sound speakers outside! I will never go without a security camera system again. I tell everyone I know about these guys! Very professional, very knowledgeable about their equipment, and hands down just great guys!

If you trust bat security in Waxahachie listen up. Yesterday…read morewe had a house fire, I was in the shower when the alarms went off and immediately grabbed a towel and rushed out of my room to find the credenza engulfed in huge flames heading strait up to my children's rooms. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and started fighting the fire in my towel while screaming for my husband. I put out the fire and ran to my room to find my phone. I had two missed calls 4 minutes apart from bat over the course of 13 minutes. I called them back and told them that I had put out the fire and when would fire rescue be here. He had me give him my passcode then told me no worries they weren't dispatched have a good day. 8am sharp this morning I called bat security and asked the very sweet and kind front desk lady to get me a supervisor. I was transferred to Kyle the co owner. I explained to him the situation. He said he had no knowledge of this and this was the first he was hearing of it and asked me to give him a few minutes to investigate and call back, I told him to call my husband and to then arrange a time to come and get his gear out of my house because we were done. His tone then changed and he gruffly said he would look into it and call us back. He then called my husband a few moments later and said that they responded to the alarm and called my cell within four minutes, stating "that's a pretty reasonable call back time" my husband then tried to go to explain that the 2 calls were not the issue, the issue was 2 calls were made for an active fire alarm where no one answered and the fire department was never notified nor dispatched (I double checked this) As my husband was trying to explain this to Kyle, he was interrupted over and over to the point that he said "will you please stop interrupting me and let me finish" He then tried to go back to speaking and Kyle cut him off again. At that point my calm and cool husband had had it and said "if you cut me off one more time I am hanging up." Kyle's reply "pfft, go ahead, hang up!" ........ the owner people. So my husband did, he hung up. He then called back to speak to the front desk lady and asked what we needed to do to cancel and she said a letter was necessary which he then wrote and emailed over. We have been loyal customers to Bat security going on 6 years, the highest package they had, over $100 a month, never late on a payment EVER and trusted them with the safety and security of our home even when they ignored our repeated requests to fix our malfunctioning cameras. This is how we were treated after our home was on fire and they neglected the call for help from my monitored system. If you use Bat security head my warning and do not trust them with the safety of your home and family. The level of disrespect and carelessness on the part of the owner Kyle is beyond words. I am aghast.
