After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration.
