I reached out to them and spoke directly to the Owner Andrew; we made an appointment at my convenience a few weeks in advance when I was scheduled to be in town. Andrew stopped by a few days before I arrived to assess the property and already had a plan in place for the best camera locations. I was amazed with what he was going to do and all the latest cameras and all other needed equipment. We agreed on a price. He scheduled me in when I was in town and got all the work done. Brandon send an associate, and that fixed the problem for a few days (after which I made final payment) but a few days after payment the same error recurs. Every time I want to turn on the TV, I have to go in to a back room and throw a few switches on an box that Brandon installed. I have been trying for over a month through email, phone and text to reach Brandon, but he does not return any of my messages - no response whatsoever. In addition, he owes me money for equipment he recommended that I purchased then returned. I was very happy with the sales process and install install, but failing to complete the job, ignoring customer calls, and retaining customer funds is not acceptable.
