I was locked out of my daughter's house in Waxahachie and desperately needed to get in and take care of her boxer pup while she was out of town with work. Matt was the nicest, most professional, personable, and kindest human I could have asked for to help me. His rate was more than fair, especially given it was a Sunday night. I'm sure there are others who would have taken advantage of it being a weekend and (over) charged accordingly. I reached out to them and spoke directly to the Owner Andrew; we made an appointment at my convenience a few weeks in advance when I was scheduled to be in town. Andrew stopped by a few days before I arrived to assess the property and already had a plan in place for the best camera locations. I was amazed with what he was going to do and all the latest cameras and all other needed equipment. We agreed on a price. He scheduled me in when I was in town and got all the work done. One works fine but shortly after installation the other TV reported errors due to cabling. Brandon send an associate, and that fixed the problem for a few days (after which I made final payment) but a few days after payment the same error recurs. Every time I want to turn on the TV, I have to go in to a back room and throw a few switches on an box that Brandon installed. I have been trying for over a month through email, phone and text to reach Brandon, but he does not return any of my messages - no response whatsoever. In addition, he owes me money for equipment he recommended that I purchased then returned. I was very happy with the sales process and install install, but failing to complete the job, ignoring customer calls, and retaining customer funds is not acceptable.
