I called the company because I needed a prompt repair my garage i had a spring that busted the…read morenight prior that technician that was here, quoted me $600 because he said the other one was not that strong. And it would probably be a good idea to repair it or as in replace it. So with that being said quoted me 600.00 s, which is an average cost for 2 springs so I agreed with the job, so I did not see the bill on his little handy dandy thing when he ran my card, and I needed to put my signature. Then, when he handed me the invoice, I paid no attention and I put it up well. My bank alerted me of a $1200 charge that possibly could be wrong, or right when I spoke to them on the phone, and they told me what it was for I was like, no, it should have been 600. So with that being said, they refused to answer any phone calls. And there's a woman that is on one of them, and she seems like she's in a tunnel. And I don't know what kind of business they are running, but I will tell you this. I will get my money back. There is no doubt about it. You see, I have cameras in my garage that record all audio, and you're gonna be at poop creek, cause I'll get it back, and there may be a time I get all of a bag and have a free job. But I wouldn't care if they came out here, took their one spring back and put my old one back on there, because this is a highway robbery. They bump your charges up double, and that's how they're getting. Everyone, you sign it. You don't see an amount, so you just go on with what they said. Well, I don't know what kind of company he is, but it's a half wit. And a bunch of people thieves that are running that company and by the reviews they have. Well, they do this to a lot of people. So I guess it's BB. B time don't use these people. The company, oh, and don't forget they have a locksmith as well. So make sure you pay attention because it is under a different name
