Within 24 hours a most pleasant gentleman had come to our rescue and removed the rebel lock. The charge was reasonable for lock services in the area and we would not hesitate to use their services again! The business is located on Shelbyville Rd near the Jefferson County Clerk's East Branch Office in Middletown. They offer a plethora of automotive, commercial, and residential locksmith services. They have 24/7 emergency hours and the office is open M-F 9a -6p, Sat. 10a - 2p, and closed on Sunday.

I truly thought I was not only never going to see the keys we ordered and purchased for two cars but that I wouldn't get my money back either. We needed keys for two cars so that we had security if we lost a key or got locked out. One was for an older Mazda and another for a newer Hyundai. We prepaid and waited for weeks and weeks for their arrival. Our weeks turned into months and even after being told our keys were ready, we walked out multiple times without them - super inconvenient after leaving work or school early to get our cars there (these keys couldn't be picked up without the cars). We asked for our money back at one point and were told that would be done. After waiting two months and checking for credits we had to visit the store again to ask for resolution. Did we get our money back? No. Did we finally get our keys, months and months later. Yes. Will I return? Absolutely never. Terrible customer service. I'll be asking my friends for another recommendation.

He showed up a day late and when he finally arrived, 4 hours late again, he was aggressive ,accusing us of having another locksmith come over and they must have screwed it up. after we assured him we don't have a black book of locksmiths, he then accused of us somehow tampering with it. Then, right before I kicked him out of my office, he berated us again...it's a stinking $100 lock, at the end of the day not a big deal, but to be scolded and yelled at, is.
