After waiting 10 minutes (despite being the only customers there), what I got was basically chocolate milk. While sipping my shake, I suddenly felt something unusual in my mouth--pieces of plastic coming through the straw! Whether this was a careless mistake or just a lack of attention to detail, I can't say, but it completely ruined the experience. So I after waiting almost 20 minutes for two shakes and having pieces of plastic in my shake and having to discard it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences. I've had in a long time. Safe to say, this is one visit I won't remember fondly. I shared this experience with someone right after and they say had a very similar experience. That is a very uneven place.
