wow wow wow. I am so happy we had time to stop by. We missed it the 1st night because we got back too late from Yellowstone but tonight yes aww cute little place where you line up to order. Very clear menu. And great prices. 3 scoops for a small. 4.5 medium 6 large. Small was perfect for our kids. It was around $3. They loved it. I tasted some and wow loved all the flavors. So pretty too. The pina colada was so good. Green apple tastes like a real Apple. We also got tigers blood, mango and strawberry, blood orange and some had gelattis where you can get vanilla custard in the middle and it was so good like ice cream.. Very satisfied! It got so packed after we ordered and there is a tent in the back where you can enjoy it under the pretty sunset. Wish we had 1 of these back home. Awesome flavors, kinda expensive for custard, ice, and flavoring. They change up their custard flavors every week so you don't get bored of the same thing every time you go. I prefer a DQ Blizzard tho bc they're less expensive and more ice cream. read more

I would've never found this sweet gem had but luckily a friend from Pocatello ID recommended to meet here. It was a food truck hidden in the parking lot of Thai Zap. The service was fabulous. They were great at explaining and making recommendations. My friend accidentally dropped her top scoop as we walked to the table and the quickly and kindly replaced it. There were fun picnic tables set up under lights and a canopy that created a fun and casual ambience. We truly were thrilled we could stop and have a great treat! read more

If you like good custard and great shaved ice together in a cup then this place does that extremely well. It's very affordable, fun, fast, and unique. The shaved ice I got was completely covered in flavored syrup (no plain ice) and wasn't too heavy or too sweet like a lot of shaved ice places. I have tried strawberry, peach, and green apple. They were great, and the green apple was pretty strong/sour if you like that. The chocolate custard tastes like a really nice Wendy's frosty with a smoother texture. The vanilla custard is really creamy and has good flavor. If you want really good ice cream I would recommend G's dairy instead, but this place offers something unique and fun. Although I personally prefer G's dairy I couldn't find any reason to give four stars instead of five. Give it a try! read more

Pretty good! I like to go for the custard because the gelati is a bit too sweet for my liking. Last time I went I got the huckleberry custard and was pleased at first with the flavor and consistency of the custard, but soon was underwhelmed with the flavor. It kind of reminded me of that cheap blueberry flavoring that they use in blueberry muffins and such. It was pretty good though. I prefer the richness and flavor of K'Lani's more if you're a custard person like myself. But for the price, you can't beat the amount of cream and Italian ice you get. It's good! read more

Karie Anne's is so good! I've tried a few different Italian ice places but Katie Anne's is by far the best. What makes it so good is that the ice doesn't melt and all flavor doesn't sink to the bottom. It is SUPER smooth yummy ice. And I love love love the custard. Karie Anne's is way better than some old snow cone place! Be warned they have long lines but it's worth it. My favorite is their gelati with green apple ice and caramel custard. I don't get it. I just do not get the concept of mixing flavored ice with your frozen dairy products. The custard is decent for what you can get in Rexburg, but otherwise I'd say this place is all hype. Not to mention the line is always super long and seating is sparse. My wife loves it though. Best and my favorite dessert in town. I wish they could be around all year! It's going to be the only place I'll miss when I leave rexburg. You get a lot for what you pay for and there is new flavors to try nearly every week. The only complaint I have is there is long lines if you go in the evening during before school is in session. This is one of my all time favorite places here in Rexburg! The Italian ice is great by itself or with custard and the flavors they offer are great! I love that they have flavors of the week that switch out and that they offer a punch card. They are fast, friendly, and deliver a great product!
