No doubt, this is a great spot for a casual date night or a catch up with a bestie. The atmosphere is super chill, and the staff is super friendly. Although you order from a kiosk, the staff will check in with you to make sure you understand everything. In my experience, our orders came out within five minutes and they were made to perfection. I mostly avoided it because how hyped up it was to me being the most trendy place in rexburg. But thanks to my wife we tried it, they were doing a special where it was only $5 a cup... which made it super busy. We waited in line for about an hour, they were really good at having heaters for everyone outside and were really on top of customer service. Definitely don't make the same mistake I made and wait 4 years to try it... if you do you'll regret it.
