Interior / Exterior I didn't visit the store, so I'm not able to comment on the interior or the exterior. I placed an online order. Ease of ordering Adding items to my shopping cart was easy, but I struggled during check-out. The website is lovely. The only thing I'd suggest is adding captions to the photos. I had to reach out, via email, to find out what the toppings were on the Easter apples (mini marshmallows for the lambs and white chocolate for the bunny butts) and what type of covering was on the apple pie apple, as well. Customer Service Speaking of emailing, the customer service was outstanding. I got responses to my emails on weekends and even after hours. There as a bit of confusion regarding my shipping date and method, and the owner even followed up with me to check on my delivery. Price Value I compared them to several other online sellers (including Etsy) AND local shop (Kilwin's). They are priced very competitively. The apples are also considerably larger than Kilwin's. See photos. Taste Here's where they knock it out of the park. The apple tasted SO delicious. The toppings were generous and the apple itself was fresh, juicy and crunchy. I was very nervous about ordering apples online. I had major concerns about freshness and how the chocolate would hold up during shipping. I'm pleased to say that the products looked and tasted like they were whipped up in a local kitchen earlier that morning. And this was a shipment from Idaho to Georgia!!! I would also like to say the apples held up insanely well. Because I didn't understand the ordering process / ship date, our apples didn't arrive in time for our Easter Baskets. (There was also an issue caused by all the drama happening at the USPS Palmetto GA mail distribution center.) We ate one apple right away and wound up putting one apple in the fridge before we went to south Ga for a repair project. Roughly four weeks later, I was cleaning out the fridge and, sadly, I was going to toss it because I figured it would have gone mushy. My sweetie told me not to throw it away - said to give it to him so he could eat the toppings. I rolled my eyes and told him ok, but to let me break the toppings off so that he didn't make it mess. I won't bore you with the details of the ensuing conversation where he accused me of treating him like a child. Lol. Imagine my surprise when I unwrapped the apple and started cutting into it only to discover that the doggone apple was still perfectly fine. I cut it into wedges and we scarfed it down. It was SOOOO good. I Googled it and apparently it's a thing. Caramel apples will routinely hold up for 2 - 3 weeks. Overall Overall, I think the company is great. Amazing customer service coupled with an amazing product. Highly recommend. read more

This place is the best! Clean store, friendly staff, and the most scrumptious treats EVER!!! We have tried everything from the rice krispie treats, oreos, brownies, and apples. Everything is always fresh and delicious! They have even turned a boring marshmallow into a special treat that my kids and grandkids love! I recommend this place 100 percent!!! I can actually say I love everything in this store. First and foremost I love caramel. But I don't love everything because all the stuff in here has caramel, it's just so darn good! From caramel apple to cake pops to caramel toffee to chocolate covered marshmallow! All amaaazing!!! I could not get enough of the cake pop. I have the carrot with caramel cake pop and the chocolate one as well. The first to the last bite, was very satisfying, you get that caramel goodness in every bite! If you are passing through Rigby Idaho you must stop at Caramel Tree. They make the very best chocolate brownies dipped in caramel then another fudge chocolate coating. They are absolutely the very best brownies I have ever eaten!! I buy them, then freeze them. I give out 2 and eat one hmmm or was it I hand out one and eat two? I also stock up on the pretzels coated in chocolate. Oh yes and I stock up on the chocolate coated marshmallow on a stick. Truly the best stop you will ever make. We all love caramel tree. read more

These are some TASTY treats! Their caramel is some of the best I've ever had. It's the perfect consistency of creamy and chewy, definitely worth tasting! They have a large variety of caramel apples, and although I've never gotten a plain one, I imagine they have those two. The cake pops here are pretty tasty! The cake is moist but it all still stays together so well. Keep a look out for seasonal ones, the pumpkin spice one is practically to die for. The store itself is clean and very cute. The employees I've dealt with have been a pleasure! Always very sweet and helpful. read more

I've loved this place for years! Their caramel apples are by far the best I've ever had. I'm addicted to the cake pops. I'm pretty sure I've tried everything there and it's all delicious! What prompted this review today was the fudge! I was craving fudge and asked my husband to get some on his way home. He unfortunately went to a place in rexburg. It was so disappointing. So dry! The package says is was made like a week ago. Why are they selling week old fudge. Anyways coincidentally the next day we found a piece of fudge in our fridge that we'd forgotten from the caramel tree that I'd gotten in a basket from Christmas. Two months ago. And yes I totally still ate it because It was still so creamy and yummy. I can't imagine how much better it would've been fresh. I'll be going for some caramel tree fudge really soon! read more

I am writing in regards to a recent experience my family had with this company. We are locals to Rigby and choose to use local company's when we are purchasing holiday, birthday, and other occasion gifts and treats. This company used to be a family favorite until our most recent experience. My mom had purchased an order for her granddaughter's birthday that lives in Twin Falls. She paid the extra amount to guarantee 2-day shipping so her granddaughter would get the gift in time for her birthday. It is now 2 days after her birthday and still no gift has arrived. Not only did this company lie about the 2 day shipping there is also a very unlucky little girl that didn't get a gift from her grandma. My mom called the company to try and correct this and they treated her very disrespectfully and rude. They blamed everyone besides themselves (the Postal Service and my mom) when they made a promise they couldn't keep. They stated that that they cannot guarantee a 2-day delivery. When my mom mentioned to them that maybe they should take this off the website the gentleman on the phone (Chris) then told her "If it makes you that upset I'll refund your postage. Matter of fact I'll refund the whole order" and then "CLICK!" hung up on her! This is not how a company should handle customers and I can guarantee (unlike them) that I will never be shopping at this company again. Any business that feels like making promises to customers and then treating them like dirt when they question these promises doesn't deserve my business or money. Good luck Caramel Tree...
