Literally the BEST peanut butter cookies I've ever eaten!! If you love peanut butter and you love peanut butter cookies, this is your place. You you get a giant 5 inch diameter gorgeous, soft cookie that is stuffed with delicious peanut butter filling. If you eat it right away it's ooey gooey But if you let it sit for a little while it turns into a cookie dough texture center that is just dynamite (I loved it either way - we ordered one to eat right away and we ate the other one later and we loved them both). We also tried the circus cookie, the chocolate chip cookie, and the churro cookie. All were delicious without a doubt but that peanut butter cookie was off the hook. Charming little store that was clean and efficient from an order perspective. You walk in and you order what you want on the computer. The staff was sweet. The only bummer was we couldn't take a big box of little 2 inch cookies home to our kids (we were traveling and would be flying out the next day, and couldn't bring the 5 inch cookies because we knew they would be destroyed by the time we got home) because the 2 inch cookies are only for catering. I have had good experiences with this location in the past, but today was terrible. Cookie was old and cold. Told the worker but they did not care and were not helpful. Contacted crumbl via website chat, and it was a bot that apologized and then asked if there was anything else it could help me with. Very frustrating to see crumbl going downhill like this. read more

It's my sons 18th Birthday today, 3/11. I went to get him a free birthday cookie. However, we were told he couldn't have his Birthday cookie BECAUSE he didn't have the qpp. I explained to the girl that he has the dumbest smart phone. NONE of the apps for ANY PLACE works on his phone. She said, I'm sorry, I cannot give him one it's a "corporate thing." That's fine. . . I always go to crumble in my home town in WA and was in Idaho on vacation and saw my favorite cookie was there so I ordered on my app and when I got there nobody even acknowledged me and I had to finally tell them I'm here for a pick up order. We waited an hour while everyone that had ordered there received there's and when I finally asked they said they were out of the one cookie I came for after I had waited for an hour!!! I think the cookies are pretty good. I always love a classic chocolate chip cookie! So that's what I got... they are really good fresh and hot! So the extras I had, I just stuck them in the microwave for like 10 seconds and they still tasted great. The other cookies look... interesting I just feel like it's just over the top, but hey if people like them and order them, good for Crumbl! It's all about what the customers like. The only complaint I have is how expensive it is... I mean, they're cookies... they shouldn't be that expensive. read more

Me and my husband love coming here for a sweet treat every once in a while when I get cravings. The pricing is a bit expensive, but the cookies are super delicious. The chocolate chip will forever be my favorite, but last time we also paid about $3 for me and the hubs to get some milk along with two cookies. It cost about $12-$13 for two cookies and some milk. That's kind of pricey for college students, but we still loved the flavors, and the size of the cookies. read more

Let me first say this review is not based on service, employees were amazing. I got a 4 pack, 2 chocolate chips, 1 chocolate cake, and 1 sugar cookie. The milk chocolate in the chip cookies made the cookie much too sweet and was extremely buttery, so much I had an aftertaste of only butter. The chocolate cake cookie itself was nice, crunchy but not overpowering. The icing on it was just a mouthful of the processed chocolate blob, the sugar on this cookie was also way too much. Sugar cookie was really the best out of all of them, but it wasn't necessarily good. It was incredibly cold when I received it, I understand sugar cookies need to be stored cold sometimes, but it was very inconvenient.
