My order was taken wrong and I was handed a blended coffee, no big deal, but I know for a fact I didn't ask for that because I never, ever order my coffee blended. Well, it was the conversation I had to listen to while I waited on my coffee being made. These are the little things people, and a lot of times companies don't understand that it can really make a difference in a customer experience. The conversation pretty much went like this: "She is such a bleep, I bleeping hate her, she's such a bleeping gossip. What the bleep was she thinking? " Something like that. You get the picture. Now I'm all about a well placed cuss word..but it was awkward for the full 8 minutes I had to sit there. It was easy to hear...no straining, and they didn't hold back because I was sitting there and a guy standing up in the back saw me sitting at the window in my car. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the store smelled absolutely amazing. Everything looked so clean and inviting. They were out of the Cookies & Cream option, which was a little disappointing, but there were still plenty of delicious choices available. I placed my order at the kiosk, and before I could even finish, they were already handing me my cookie--super fast service! The cookie itself was SO good. I got the chilled sugar cookie, and it was perfectly soft with just the right balance of frosting to cookie. Honestly, one of my favorites! Overall, such a fun stop with my girls.
