I had a chocolate malt milkshake. It was delicious. Service was fast the two young ladies who served me were very nice. Seems like they have a nice election of eggs and cheese and some different things and there as well so it's a beautiful little shop! read more

I had a truly bizarre experience at this ice cream shop after it was highly recommended to me. I was in the mood for a thick milkshake, so I specifically asked for an extra thick one. After waiting 10 minutes (despite being the only customers there), what I got was basically chocolate milk. I pointed it out, and they remade it--but after another 10-minute wait, it was only slightly thicker. As we drove away, things got even worse. While sipping my shake, I suddenly felt something unusual in my mouth--pieces of plastic coming through the straw! Whether this was a careless mistake or just a lack of attention to detail, I can't say, but it completely ruined the experience. So I after waiting almost 20 minutes for two shakes and having pieces of plastic in my shake and having to discard it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences. I've had in a long time. Safe to say, this is one visit I won't remember fondly. I shared this experience with someone right after and they say had a very similar experience. That is a very uneven place. read more

Massive rip-off! Food is inexpertly prepared and delivered in an unappetizing way. All dairy items are unremarkable and rediculously expensive. read more

Cashier was totally rude. Asked me "well are you gonna tip?" when I asked for a sample. Ice cream sucked too. Idk how you are called G's DAIRY when the ice cream tastes like it was made with skim milk. If I wanted cheap garbage ice cream I'd get a great value pint and still have a better experience, and I wouldn't be asked to tip for doing their job. Grilled cheese was alright, but nothing special for the money. Gotta be one of the worst ice cream places ever. read more

The best ice cream to have to celebrate after graduation. The vibe is Idaho and very niche.

This place has been a family favorite since I was little, the ice cream and all the other dairy products are fantastic 10/10. It's always so fun checking out all of the cool things they have and sampling the ice cream. Also, the ice cream scoops are HUGE & The waffle cones are made in house and are AMAZING! Normally I have been pretty satisfied with the quality of customer service, but the last time I went my wife and I were greeted with a nasty attitude when asking for a few simple tasks of service from the worker in the drive through. (Hence the 4 Stars) Overall this is a great place for families of all sizes, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. read more

Super tasty ice cream!!!! Not as creamy as Reed's dairy, but still super good. They have lots of other foods available other than ice cream which is really fun. A great place to take the family for a treat. P.s. they're open til 11PM read more

G's Dairy Delights - Huckleberry cheesecake, mom's masterpiece ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rexburg, Idaho

The ice cream cone was huge and very tasty. Didn't go in but they came quickly to the window. Price was high but you get a lot of ice cream. No ambiance since we went to drive through. read more

Their tomato soup is so heavenly. One of the best recipes I've ever had. Their grilled cheeses are amazing. And whatever drink was the window worker's favorite was amazing. So thankful for this business. It is truly an amazing place. read more

Fantastic ice cream with very generous scoop size. Some unique flavors and many classics.

Such a solid place to satisfy your cravings for sugar and fat. It is equally good in the summer and the winter, with perfect variety and portions. Aaand, there is a drive-through...which if you were smarter you could really take advantage of. But you and I always forget that detail so we continue to wait in line and eat inside, which is fine, because in the end it's a cozy place to be. So grab a cup of your favorite, deceptively rich chocolate-fudge-peanut butter whatever and hunker down for a long ride as your married friends recount their pregnancy experiences...why oh why are winters in Rexburg so long? read more

A great option for a quick lunch! I love their grilled cheese and their ice cream is amazing!!

There ice cream is overly sweet, icy, and not fresh. To be honest for the price it's really not worth it. I thought it was gonna be like Reid's dairy but it's definitely not! Literally I'd go anywhere else. read more

The service here is terrible. I ordered a malt and it was watered down, there was hardly any ice cream in it. The "manager" aka owners daughter said there was nothing she could do. The malt was $7.50!!! So overpriced, and not good at all. read more

Delicious! We were visiting Rexburg and stopped in for an ice cream treat. We were not disappointed. We got a chocolicious malt (made with chocolate milk!) and an itty bitty scoop of chocolate on a tiny cone. It was exactly the right size ice cream cone for me, and my husband really enjoyed the malt. This will be a regular stop for us on our visits. read more

All I have to say is YUM!! This place has good quality and great tasting products! Definitely stopping by again!

The ice cream is great! It's a little pricey but portion sizes are great. Lots of flavors and some gluten free if I remember right. Also have other eats available. read more

Their peach shakes this fall were wonderful. That's what the real thing tastes like. It was like having peaches and cream. Heavenly.

Very delicious ice cream. Sometime the wait is a bit long, but when I'm in the mood for great quality ice cream it's worth the wait. Except that one time I had to back out of the drive through because I had an appointment to get to and couldn't wait anymore. But that was fine you know, just went back another day to get my ice cream fix. read more

Although this place is a little bit removed from downtown, it is a great addition to the southwest side of Rexburg and definitely worth a trip. They have a wide variety of dairy-fresh ice cream and other treats. There are so many delicious flavors to choose from! My favorite is the apple pie ice cream in a waffle cone. You get a lot of ice cream for the money. The Rexburg Hottie (grilled pepper jack cheese sandwich) is also worth a try! This a great place to come with a family, a date, some buddies, or just to treat yourself. Also a great place to get groceries on the fly. read more

I don't have a single negative thing to say about this place. There's a lot of soda places in town but this place knows their ratios. Most places I go they'll be skimpy on cream and syrups but this place is that they make the perfect drink every time. Not to mention their grilled cheese is amazing and the ice cream is the best you could find anywhere. read more

Their ice cream is easily the best ice cream that you can get locally. The wait will be a little longer since they're not a "fast food" joint and they definitely don't advertise themselves to be such, but any wait is always worth it! read more

staff is so nice & the ice cream is great! I used to go all the time with my husband & if we didn't finish our ice cream, we'd put the rest in the freezer & it would always freeze perfectly. we've since moved away & miss it all the time - too much. favorite ice cream place in the whole world! G's Dairy Delights - Great ice cream and seating for all kinds of people. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rexburg, Idaho

I absolutely love G's Dairy delights! They have a fantastic milkshake! And the environment is way nice!

Two words: DRIVE THROUGH. AMAZING Dairy place and one of my favorite places in Rexburg. We have since graduated from that one place, but the craving for their Gorilla Munch (Peanut Butter, Banana, and Chocolate) Ice cream still hit us and we have to home make it or drive the four hours back. But not only that, but the people are friendly, patient with our kids while they wreck the place, and it's clean. We'll be back! read more

G's dairy has the most delicious ice cream! We had the peach shake and that was to die for! The staff is very friendly and patient while the kids sampled ice cream and tried to decide what they wanted! read more

The tomato soup is fantastic. I can taste how fresh the ice cream is and I love knowing that the products come from a local dairy!!! I also love the drive thru option. read more

My friends and I love coming here! It has a great atmosphere and delicious ice cream! What could be better? The drive-thru is amazing for when you're in a hurry! Something that I really love about G's is that they have 1/2 gallons full of their creations that you can also purchase! One thing I wish they did have was more standard flavors that you can customize with add-ins. I love all the creations they offer though. The cake batter one and the brownie batter (don't think that's what it's actually called) are both heavenly!!! Definitely stop by if you're in the area and in the mood for some good quality ice cream! read more

G's Dairy Delights - two women holding buckets of milk - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rexburg, Idaho

The ice cream was good but I still have to be careful with dairy as I am lactose intalerate

This place is the Bomb dot com. Anytime I'm in the mood for icecream I come here. Their icecream flavors are so unique and taste d-lish. It's great quality icecream too, so smooth and rich ... doesn't get much better. Definitely pick up some cheese curds while you're there if you like them. Usually really friendly staff here too! Nice tables out for seating and even little small tables and chairs for the kids. read more

You get a good amount of ice cream for your buck and it's deliciously creamy! My favorite is monster cookie and black tie cheesecake. If you have had BYU creamery ice cream it's similar in quality just a little more expensive. Yum! The only change I've noticed over the years is the name of the flavors. Also, try the "Holy Cow Platter" - it's a 13 scoops of ice cream in a huge bowl, it took 3 of us to finish it! And you can pick and mix any flavor you want. read more

Don't do it. Just, don't do it. The ice cream flavors are waaay too strong and kinda syrupy. Too much add ins, not enough ice cream.

Plenty of people in Rexburg know about G's Dairy's because of their ice cream. To me, it's like an unofficial Aggie Ice Cream for Rexburg. Sure, their ice cream is out of this world good, but their food is a must try just as much as the ice cream! It's super simple: soups, grilled cheese, and a sodavine-like soda menu. Sometimes simple trumps complex. This is one of those times. I recommend this place to anyone! And did I mention the people who work here are super friendly? Because they are. read more

Love me some G's dairy. This has Reeds Dairy ice cream which is the best ice cream I've ever had and I've been eating ice cream for at least 20 years... maybe even 21. They have several different types of ice cream. I recommend "Mom's Recipe". You have to go there to find out what that actually includes. They also sell other Dairy products i.e. cheese, milk etc. I wouldn't recommend buying milk or cheese here because it is way over priced. The staff is very friendly. The ice cream is a little pricy as well, but well worth the best ice cream you will ever taste. read more

POSITIVES: it's Reeds Dairy ice cream, which means awesome quality. NEGATIVES: inconvenient location, the service isn't that good (it didn't help that he couldn't hear me when making my order because of the horrible acoustics in building). Also, as someone else mentioned, everything is WAY overpriced. They are just the middle man, and jack up the prices. PRICE: $2-5 RECOMMENDED: well I would recommend the new "Thor's" over this place because 1. It's the same ice cream (Reed's), 2. It's only $1 per scoop, 3. More convenient location, though still a bit hidden. read more

The huckleberry ice cream is the best! Great family business. They also sell lots of dairy products inside and the shop smells amazing!
