I loved that they used fresh corn! The chashu had the perfect amount of fattiness & almost melted in my mouth. The noodles were nice and chewy. The broth was just disappointing though. For the other ramens, everyone enjoyed the one they ordered. I tried a little of the chef's ultra ramen & the broth was much better than my spicy miso. We ordered the stir-fried rice noodles with beef, similar to one of my favorite dishes, Beef Chow Foon, which was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server knew the menu well, and the host seated us quickly. The food blew me away, though. The Brussels sprouts were savory with a paneer-like cheese accompanying them, and the Mediterranean dips were unique and flavorful with crispy homemade bread to boot, but my favorite dish was the cauliflower au gratin. The cheese sauce was just salty enough, and the cauliflower maintained a great texture. I can't wait to bring my friends here.
