Such a cozy hidden gem in the Keys! Coco Plum is an all-vegan spot with the kindest staff and amazing food. My husband had the açaí bowl, and I ordered the Seeds the Day toast -- both were absolutely delicious. We shared a vanilla caramel frappe that tasted just like ice cream (so good!). Can't wait to come back next time we're in the Keys.

Açaí bowls, coffee, fresh muffins and pastries. Service is a little slow...but slow food is good food. Look around the shop or relax outside in the garden area.

Such a cute cafe! Found this hidden gem while leaving the keys. Came here for the smoothie bowl and it was delicious. I got the sunrise bowl - the smoothie base tasted mostly like mango and pineapple, definitely recommend getting it. Good portion size, cost around $14 which is a little pricey. I loved the bowl/wooden board it was served on, very aesthetic. They also had a lot of vegan desserts options inside but I didn't try that. Service was decently quick. Not many people there when I went late morning and plenty of seating outside.

Food was actually pretty good, reason for the rating is the coffee wasn't great, very sweet and just overall not the best. And it was REALLY EXPENSIVE.

The food was delicious! I would definitely order food to-go next time, but I would not dine in. The bathroom was dirty and had no hand towel or way to dry your hands after washing. There was only 1 indoor table which was already full, so we had to dine outside and were eaten alive by mosquitoes. The mosquito situation was so bad that we had to go inside and just stand there with our food to finish it. Their menu is full of fresh light options and we were impressed with the coco plum latte, the coco plum açaí bowl, and the avocado toast. I was impressed with their collection of healthy baked goods that I would definitely like to try next time.

What an amazing first stop for our trip to Key West. A beautiful and serene setting back in the mangroves. We are outside on their porch surrounded by orchids and pineapples growing in pots. Service was exceptional and so friendly. They had a steady stream of local and visiting customers. Started with a wonderful cup of drip coffee (still wishing they had their coffee mug for sale lol). As a family we enjoyed the fresh and light but massive sunrise bowl, vegan breakfast burrito with sautéed spinach and tomatoes inside, and the vegan tempeh wrap. An absolute must visit again. We couldn't leave without purchasing a one of a kind coconut bowl and spoon handcrafted for Coco Plum Place and a last little slice of Mango Blueberry mouse cake. What a way to start the vacation and now I will always remember the true gem of Key Largo.

Great little coffee shop and gift boutique!!! Would highly recommend stopping in for a cup and a delicious GLUTEN FREE TREAT!! Big selection of treats, very well marked with all ingredients so perfect if you have food preferences or allergy. My matcha latte and chocolate fig banana bread were perfect and I enjoyed them on their comfy porch. Friendly, quick service from lovely staff members, too. Will definitely be back any time I'm in the area.

Avocado Toast from Seaside Eatery

Super cute local spot! Absolutely love the vibe and fresh feels. I got the infamous coco plum latte and ordered the avocado toast from Seaside eatery. It's the small Rv parked next to the shop. The avocado toast is delicious, highly recommend, fresh ingredients. Gives a fresh and tiny salty touch to the avocado. The service was great, everyone was super welcoming and kind. Definitely a spot to stop by while here in Key Largo!

I was craving a healthy breakfast on my way out of the Keys and stopped here. They have a large outdoor seating area on the porch and surrounding the food truck on the property. I ordered my food and then went inside to the gift shop/coffee house on the property. They also have drinks here, but I needed my caffeine fix and wanted to check out the boutique. My entire sandwich was vegan, including my egg, which was amazing! I've never had a vegan egg and could not tell the difference. I would get that again. I don't remember the name of it, but it was on the new menu and replaced the breakfast burrito. They also carry sweets and bread from my favorite bakery here in the Keys, Healthy D'Lites. This place has real food made with natural ingredients that won't make you feel like you need a nap after.

The food and the atmosphere are unbeatable as you can sit inside and outside and the food comes in olive wood

Easy to locate building in shaded area with ample parking outside. Cute home revamped info an eatery and local foods for purchase. An outdoor bungalow feel! Many vegan options in juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and bakery items. Service was helpful and found alternatives for ingredients that were unavailable. The bowl was 90% base, 10% topping - as someone who enjoys the crunch I wish there were more toppings! Receive 4% off for paying with cash! Will definitely return and plan to eat outside under the sunshades.

It had been about a year since I'd been to Denny's Latin Cafe on Overseas Highway in Key Largo, and…read moreI decided it was time to make the trip back to what I've previously called the best Cuban food north of Havana. I walked in and was greeted warmly, and within minutes I was reminded why I remembered this place so well. It's authentic. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just good Cuban food. Since breakfast is clearly one of their superpowers, I went with the breakfast burrito loaded with eggs, cheese and potatoes. Wow. "Delicious" doesn't really do it justice. The eggs were perfectly seasoned, the potatoes had that beautiful crispness, and then they brought out their jalapeño hot sauce. I put some on the burrito and immediately asked, "Do you bottle this?" Yeah. It was that good. We also had the steak and eggs, and they nailed that too. Perfectly runny eggs next to a juicy, flavorful flank steak. Exactly what breakfast is supposed to be. A year later, the verdict hasn't changed. Yeah, this is the real deal. I still maintain that Denny's Latin Cafe serves the best Cuban food north of Havana. Five stars. And if somebody knows where I can get a bottle of that jalapeño sauce, we need to talk.

We come to the Keys every year for lobster season, and even though this café requires making an…read moreextra drive and a U-turn to get to, it's always worth it. It's become one of our annual traditions. The restaurant is a great size with plenty of seating. You can grab a seat at the bar if you want to enjoy breakfast there, or choose from one of the many tables throughout the restaurant. During our three mornings in the Keys, we never actually sat down to eat. Instead, we stopped in each morning for a café con leche and a few pastries to take back to the villa where we were staying. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it's one of those places we genuinely look forward to visiting every year. If you're looking for a great breakfast stop in the Keys, this place is definitely worth the extra drive.

I recently ordered mutton snapper, grey tilefish, and snowy grouper (haven't tried it yet) from Key…read moreLargo Fisheries, and both the snapper and tilefish were absolutely outstanding. The snapper was beautifully flaky, delicate and delicious. But the grey tilefish was the real surprise: mild and sweet, with a subtle nuttiness and wonderfully moist, tender flesh. We pan-seared both and served them with a homemade creamy Argentine Aji Molido/Kewpie mayo sauce. Spectacular! The quality was exceptional, the prices were very reasonable, and I intend to keep several fillets in my freezer for easy, restaurant-quality dinners at home. I cannot recommend Key Largo Fisheries highly enough. And if you haven't tried grey tilefish, you're missing something special!
