I wanted to love this place because of their cute little pedicure chairs. I took my daughter here for her first pedicure on Friday, it is now Sunday and she is breaking out all over her lower legs. I don't know what they used that caused the breakout but it is very itchy and painful for her. Outside of that I wasn't too happy with the paint job on my toes. Service here is top notch, super cute little boy so welcoming and offering drinks and snacks. Place is sooo clean, good atmosphere. I have been getting my nails done regularly at coco nails for about 6 months and I feel like every time I leave there always little things I'm unhappy with but after today I will NEVER be going back. I went in for a fill which should take maybe an hour maximum for a difficult set, my nails took an hour and a half! The nails tech asked me if I wanted them shorter and I told her no so she said she was just "evening" them out but she ended up doing too much acrylic and made them WAY shorter trying to get the shape I had prior, they're very chunky and short when I asked for a slim almond, the butterfly's on one hand are okay but the other side looks like a MESS ( I've been asked multiple times if they are flowers ) , not to mention she got up in the middle of my design to go do somebody behind her's nails although she was already running extremely behind on mine! I'm beyond disappointed that I paid $55 for nails that I absolutely HATE! EDIT: The owner reached out and personally fixed my nails, she wasn't able to achieve the design I wanted but I so appreciate her fixing the length and shape! read more

This place is so cute!!!! All the staff is super sweet and friendly. They offer beverages and their manis and pedis are on another level! 10/10 definitely recommend! Me and my husband went in and did their "jelly pedicure" it was so fun and felt amazing! Even their straight up pedicure is awesome! Ive also been getting gel manicures, and you guys, I am a hairstylist and polish or gel never stays on my nails, but Kevin knows what he's doing! My polish hasn't chipped or moved or peeled and it's been 3 weeks, I could have gone for a fourth but I was too excited to go see them again! I paid 68 plus a 10 dollar tip for a simple French tip fill just for 7 of my nails to fall off a week later. A fill cost 35 at this place and they overcharged for a simple French tip costing me twice that. Definitely a rip off no wonder I was the only customer the long two hours the fill took. The lady who did my nails (Jenny) got really frustrated when she couldn't make my French tips even on a couple nails then started speaking in her language to the other workers which was very uncomfortable. It was especially uncomfortable when Kevin came over to us and was like "what's wrong they are pretty" as if I was being stingey when really I expect my nails to look even and be high quality for what I'm paying. Another worker (she was very sweet and helpful can't remember her name) had to come and fix the uneven design while Jenny angrily sat on her phone. Jenny overall did a very pretty job but they weren't quality since most of them just fell off. Never coming back, this place was way overpriced for shit quality nails and a simple design. read more
