I brought my 6-year-old daughter and my two nieces here specifically because of the adorable princess pedicure chairs. The salon was clean, and nearly all of the staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive. The girls loved the special chairs, and it was a nice touch that they were each given drinks and treats during their visit, which made the experience feel extra special. One thing I especially appreciated was how understanding the staff was when one of my nieces decided she no longer wanted any nail services. They were incredibly patient and didn't make it an issue at all, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, we did have one issue with an older technician. While doing my daughter's nails, she was a little rough, and when my daughter said, "Ouch," the technician responded by saying, "It did not hurt," instead of being more gentle or reassuring. She didn't seem very comfortable working with young children, and I think she'd be better suited to adult clients. The biggest concern came when she asked if I wanted gel polish on my daughter's nails. I clearly said no because my daughter is only six years old. I was sitting beside my daughter during the pedicure, and regular polish was used on her toes. However, while I briefly stepped away to check on one of my nieces, the technician applied gel polish to my daughter's fingernails anyway, despite my clear instructions. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, and he handled the situation professionally. He apologized, spoke with the technician, and removed the gel polish charge from my bill, which I appreciated. However, I still have to take my daughter somewhere to have the gel removed properly, which is inconvenient. It also made for a slightly uncomfortable conversation while the situation was being addressed. Aside from that one experience, everyone else we interacted with was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and they did a great job making the girls feel welcome. With better attention to parents' requests and a more child-friendly approach from that one technician, this would have been an excellent visit. read more

Friendly, experienced. They gave manicures to my daughter, my granddaughter, and me. They worked well with my very young granddaughter and were kind and efficient. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the manicure stations. The station where I received my manicure was covered in acrylic powder, so much so that it stuck to my arms after the lotion massage; it covered everything. The pots were stained and cluttered. I understand that nail polish and its accoutrements can be messy. Still, I would have appreciated a clean, sanitary-looking station, without powder residue, tipped and cluttered bottles, brushes, etc. While my manicure came out lovely, the station made me hesitate to rest my hands or arms there. Please, Coco Nail Lounge, have your employees thoroughly wipe down and clean their stations. It looks so much more professional and inviting than having dirty stations. read more

I wanted to love this place because of their cute little pedicure chairs. I took my daughter here for her first pedicure on Friday, it is now Sunday and she is breaking out all over her lower legs. I don't know what they used that caused the breakout but it is very itchy and painful for her. Outside of that I wasn't too happy with the paint job on my toes. I chose glitter and so from far away you can't tell but if you actually look at it the paint job is not great. Probably will not return . read more

I have been getting my nails done regularly at coco nails for about 6 months and I feel like every time I leave there always little things I'm unhappy with but after today I will NEVER be going back. I went in for a fill which should take maybe an hour maximum for a difficult set, my nails took an hour and a half! The nails tech asked me if I wanted them shorter and I told her no so she said she was just "evening" them out but she ended up doing too much acrylic and made them WAY shorter trying to get the shape I had prior, they're very chunky and short when I asked for a slim almond, the butterfly's on one hand are okay but the other side looks like a MESS ( I've been asked multiple times if they are flowers ) , not to mention she got up in the middle of my design to go do somebody behind her's nails although she was already running extremely behind on mine! I'm beyond disappointed that I paid $55 for nails that I absolutely HATE! EDIT: The owner reached out and personally fixed my nails, she wasn't able to achieve the design I wanted but I so appreciate her fixing the length and shape! read more
