I recommend going for their free promotion at least- it was a nice relaxing time and I learned a bit! That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

Poor customer service/communication from management…read more Long story short: A few months ago I purchased a package of 6 for a service. After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.

She dyed my hair and my roots turned out bright red and the rest of my hair a completely different shade of red. She said "oh I was just texting you, come in next week." Alright. I came in the next week and she was supposed to touch up my roots since she messed them up, and redye my hair because half of it washed out in the shower. After she re-dyed my hair, my roots were still a completely different color than the rest of my hair. She used the same color on my roots as the rest of my hair and even I know you don't do that because it processes faster from the heat of your head. Fast forward I ended up telling her again how I am still unsatisfied with how she left my hair and weeks later still no response! She is not at all accountable for her mistakes and will mess up your hair and then ignore you. Very unprofessional, don't recommend.
