$66 dollars for a wavy French manicure! I Asked for DIP POWDER French Manicure with tips. I received ONE coat of clear dip powder and the rest was back filled with filled several coats of nail polish!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! What was the point of DIP POWDER if they knew they'd paint it over with COLOR. It defeated the entire purpose and a total waste of money. And just in time for a wedding. I was offered a $5 gift card for next time. What a joke! read more

I decided to come in on my day off and saw this place nearby from where I lived so I thought I'd give them a try rather than driving to my regular... BIG MISTAKE. I do not recommend anyone to come to this salon. It's a nice salon but poor service. I had asked for a new full set and the tech was nice and all but when he sat me down and started taking off my old set with a fake tip to lift the acrylics off which I've never seen anyone take them off this way especially because it peels off the layers from your nails. At first I wasn't sure if he should continue to do it that way but I thought as long as I didn't get hurt it's fine I just needed my nails done. I asked him if anyone else took it off this way because normally the professional way is to thin it out with a dremel and soak them off. But he said if we did it that way it would take way longer and that no one else did it that way at their salon. Eventually he did hurt me and DIDN"T apologize, my nail lifted off my nail bed and I started bleeding. I wanted to cry but I didn't want to make a scene. He asked me if I wanted to take them off myself he didn't want to hurt me again. I was upset and frustrated because all my nails were unevenly shaped and length. I ended up leaving going to my regular that same day to get them fixed and I'll never go back to this place again. read more

terrible. wosrt nail experience of my life. waste of money. do not come here. i got a full set and my nails are crooked, uneven, different lengths and have holes in them. horrible! nail tech was rude and manipulative! i wish i could give 0 stars. read more

Today was my first time here and I had a horrible experience. This place looks high end so you go in expecting to be treated kindly and have a high end service. Unfortunately that is not the case. My pedicure was the most uncomfortable pedicure I have probably ever had. The woman who did my nails Stella must not know how to be in the business of customer service because her attitude was rude she's got other bad reviews on here about her attitude you'd think she's make some changes but I guess not. She did a horrible job with my nails I walked out with polish on my skin. I'm not going to get into detail because Im sure no one wants to read a essay for a review. They did give me a discount but honestly at the end of the day I paid $60 for bad experience, someone to ruin my nails and my day. Not a happy customer read more

I can not even begin to fully describe just how upset I am in this place. I had visited their other location and had the WORST salon experience ever but gave this one a try on my day off because I was in the area and I had limited time to drive anywhere else. Not only did they use a color changing color when I asked for cat eye but they wouldn't even take it off to redo it, they just painted over. So I have cat eye, that changes colors. It's not cute when you have a professional job working with the public and suddenly your nails turn a lime green out of nowhere. And TO TOP IT OFF My fill service says $35 on my receipt and my and my pedicure service says $44 THEN at the bottom it says the total of those two service is $89...NO, 35 plus 44 equals 79. I called and brought this to their attention and they told me that there are extra charges for nail art. Ok I totally understand that BUT I asked for cat eye and you did color changing then refused to change it, and my receipt says $35 plus $44 but at the total they just stuck an extra amount in there without a break down on the receipt. On top of that the amount on the receipt was NOT what I was quoted for the services, AND finally ON TOP OF THE TIPS I LEFT FOR EACH TECH they added their own for each tech WITHOUT ASKING ME so they got double the tips. Honestly this place is a scam off the bat and run a shady business already. I don't drink so I didn't really care but neither me nor anyone was offered any champagne that they advertise constantly for. I just think that its wrong to lie and when someone calls you and catches you in your lie, its wrong to give the customer attitude and refuse to fix it even though I have the solid proof in front of me on my receipt. read more

Let me start with good stuff. I was thrilled that I was able to get a mani/pedi appointment on the first day they re-opened from the virus shut-down. My nails were a mess! So thank you for getting me in! Caroline (??) did my pedicure first, she did a great job cleaning up the 2 months of neglect, plus she was pleasant! Then Jimmy (??) did my nails. I needed a whole new set of gel nails. He, too, did a great job, cleaned up the mess from the past two months and made my hands whole again. No champagne offered this time but I think that is to be expected because we are all still being cautious &social distancing! Now to my one & only complaint, another customer. Two women came in as my nails were almost done and they were put in pedi chairs with an empty chair between them. They came in together, clearly rode in the same car, and were friends. One had a mask on,the other did not. Well, she DID have a mask on but it was hanging off of one ear and did not cover her mouth. And she was chomping away on gum the whole time, as she talked non-stop across the empty chair to her friend. I'm no disease expert but I have to believe this was potentially a contagious exposure. I feel it would have been appropriate for the shop personnel to ask the woman to put her mask on to cover her mouth. I'm the type of person that will do whatever I can to avoid conflict so yes, I should have spoken up. But I didn't. But in today's times I really wish the shop personnel would be more aware of all of our safety and well-being. So I hope the shop personnel do read these reviews & take customers safety into account going forward. read more

Horrible! I had an appointment for pedi and no chip. The lady who was doing my nails was not wearing a mask the whole time! Then she proceeds to keep picking at my toe. I had to tell her 4 times to stop, she did not listen! Lastly, they proceed to tell me they cant take off my acrylic nails because its too late. Never will I come back! Also I saw her put her tools in a bag without sanitizing it, yuck! read more

My daughter took me for my first gel no chip manicure. One nail is chipped not 24 hours later. Also, she took out an electric nail file? Wow did that hurt. Never again. read more

I got my nails done on Sunday evening and it is now Tuesday evening and my "no chip" I got is already chipping off. The lady that did my nail applied the nail polish so horribly that my nails are bumpy. I told her that my nails looks terrible and she blamed it on my nail bed being like that but I've only ever had this issue here. She would not redo my nails. I was rushed out of the salon by them because they were having a little party. I left my wallet there and had called to see if it was there and they said they would call me back and I never got a call back. I went into the salon and asked to see the cameras to see if I didn't leave my wallet as I had a large sum of money in it they said the manager wasn't there and they'd call me back...which again they didn't. Super unprofessional and sloppy work. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Terrible no chip. Uneven and bubbles. It was clean and price was right but going back to Choice nails.

I made a reservation for my daughter to get a mani and pedi . We got there the receptionist told me no we can only do a nail color ! Even though you advertise service for kids . The nail tech person seem in a terrible mood that she needs to do my daughters nails. She rush thru the whole appointment. I asked to have a design in my daughter nails and the she didn't even looked at me and put the last coat and walked away to take care of the next customer . She left nail polish on my daughter's leg too and didn't even clean it . She didn't cut her nails or did anything besides painting . Nail polish fell off after a few hours at home . If you are looking for a place to take your child don't pick this place . read more

I went in for the first time last week to get old dip nails removed. The place itself was very nice inside, but the service was shocking. The guy who I was with told me it was his first day and instead of soaking my nails and taking them off the right way we proceeded to cut them extremely short and then PEEL OFF THE DIP by wedging a nail extension in between them. It was not only painful, but destroyed my nails. Afterwards, he started buffing them and gave me multiple cuts on my hands. I will unfortunately not be going back. I'm sure some of the other technicians are very good. I can't speak for everyone there, but my experience was anything but good. read more

This is the best nail salon ever!! Tim and Don are the BEST!!! They're so good with coffin nails!

Nice looking salon but won't be back. Had to go to another salon to get my nails fixed and they look 10x better.

This place looks nice when walking into it but you get a horrible whiff of all the chemicals once you arrive. This should have been the first clue, but then you come to find out they do not use OPI nail polish for gel manicures which then throws you off again. I was there with a bridal party and the service was awful. They were rude. Only gave us minutes to pick a color before setting us down. They tried to upgrade every pedicure. Even when you say you want a normal one. My toe nails all have chipped within two days of getting them done. Then the gel polish has all these bubbles and one of nail chipped with in a day...that shouldn't happen with gel. The light used to dry the nails kept stinging me. This place needs to go out of business. It's horrible and a disgrace to nail salons. It's a chain that is trying to make money but not put any quality into there work. Expensive and not good. I live in the city and get better quality for less. read more

Beautiful inside!! However they are bad at keeping appointments! Every time I have come, when I have an appointment I have to wait 20/40 min. Which is frustrating. Been there 3 times! Had a pedicure 2 weeks ago and the nail polish was chipped in 6 days! I will give it another try cause I love the ambience, and it's close to my house. The dips I have had were very good! read more

I went in to Coco for the 1st time with 3 other people and it was the day before a wedding that we were all standing up in. The person that did my pedicure was awesome, but I don't think paying for the extra stuff to have on your legs and the lime on your nails was anything exciting and worth the extra $$. A normal pedicure is just as good. The lady that did my nails was very rough and would get upset because she kept telling me that my fingers were not relaxed enough and she kept yanking at my hands, turning my hands and I just felt like she was upset at me because she kept yanking my hand and turning it to benefit her and not giving any thoughts as to how it was making me feel. She also messed up my thumbnail and blamed it on me because my hand wasn't completely flat inside the dryer and she repeatedly told me and kept looking at my hand in there and reprimanding me for it. I do go to a regular place that is a lot cheaper than this place and treats me with respect and I feel like they deserve my money more than this place does. In reading the reviews it seems like they have a lot of bad and negative comments and it doesn't seem to matter to them As it seems like they do not do anything to make things better for their clients. It seems to me like money is the bottom line for them and not how comfortable their client is and for that reason I'm out and will not return. read more

I am giving this nail salon two out of five stars. Even though my nails are nicely painted and how I want them to be, the management was unprofessional. As I walked in for my three o'clock appointment, there was three other women (and more walking in) waiting for their appointment to start. They took me right away and guided me to my seat. The other three women I walked in behind, waited ten to fifteen minutes for their appointment. One women waited so long she walked out and another women waited thirty more minutes for her mani and pedi. As I was getting my nails done, the nail tech (who I think was the owner or manager) took calls and scheduled more appointments while doing my nails. He would stop what he was doing with my nails, touch the ipad to make put the appointment in the system, and then would write it down on a notepad. He had the ipad and salon phone on the manicure desk next to him. I found this unprofessional and very rude as I was trying to relax and decompress from the day. As I was sitting there, I noticed that more women kept on showing up for their appointments and still had to wait more than fifteen minutes. There was only five nail techs (both for mani and pedi) already taking care of their clients. I completely understand that they were busy but they completely over booked themselves and had a lot of costumers waiting for a very long time. The salon was clean and very pretty but with everything said above I will not be coming back. read more

THIS NAIL SALON RUINED MY LIFE. It has been one week since my pedicure and I STILL cannot walk. They some how ruined my friends review but I will post this everyday until they cant delete it anymore. They are DISGUSTING. The floor is dirty, the bathroom literally looked like a cow's stable with HAIR everywhere. The pedicure has resulted in me having a fungal infection as the supplies they used were not cleaned properly. They used the same supplies for both mine and my friends pedicure, which resulted in us BOTH getting a fungal infection. I reached out numerous times and was told on 3 separate occasions that the owner will reach back out, and never did. Was told the only way I can get a refund is if I make a 45 mintute drive back. HUNG UP ON ME. They are DIRTY. DISGUSTING. UNPROFESSIONAL. We came in at 2:30 and they didn't start until 3:12. No bag lining on the pedicure bowl. THREW IN THE USED SUPPLIES INTO MY WATER, AS TWO OF THE SUPPLIES HIT ME HARD ON THE FOOT. Told the woman my nail polish looked disgusted and asked her to do it again, and all she did was give me attitude for asking to FIX THE POLISH. $51 PEDICURE HAS RUINED MY LIFE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DON'T CARE THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN WALK ON YOUR FOOT FROM THE PAIN THEY HAVE CAUSED ME. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO TAKING LEGAL ACTION AS I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE WOMAN DIGGING HARD INTO MY TOENAILS I TOOK FROM A SNAPCHAT. DISGUSTING. Hope this place gets shut down from the unsanitary actions. read more

i am so pissed right now and i will never go back again or recommend this place to anyone i went there with my sister and mother spend over $160 on our pedicures and manicure all together and in the end my manicure which i got regular and get that all the time never i have experience anything like that. my freaking polish came off and the polish she put was uneven especially the clear coding. i think that lady was new from what i thought but honestly i didn't mind at all. but what pissed me off is when i got home i didn't even do any house chores or anything that day i got came and next day i saw my nail polish coming up my polish was uneven my skin around my nail was super dry. i called and told them the guy who did my sister nail was actually nice he picked up my call and remembered us i told him everything he told me to come and get it fix. i thought he will fix it so i was happy about it since i knew he already know the situation so i don't have to explain it. but when i walked in the another guy came and look at my nails i told him i got my nails done yesterday he looked at my nails and told me oh its a regular polish well i know its regular but it's not even been 24 hours yet and if i wanna just do my nails i can do it at home why would i go to spa and get it done. so well he said its very weird and make a weird face i was like i don't care they need to fix it i just got it done yesterday so i waited for 25 mins even after they told me to come at 2:00 i didn't complain this lady came up to me and sat next to the same lady who did my nails and the other lady who did my nails recognized me and said i am sorry i told her it's totally fine i just felt bad that it came off but the lady who was fixing my nails keep talking to her in her language probably telling her not to apologize since its a regular polish she keep saying in half english and half in her language and thats how i understand. than she started talking to me and told me that how its a regular polish even if i take shower it can come off well if that is the case you shouldn't be charging or even recommended that product and educate your customer about it before we they don't end up with no polish next day and literally my hands look liked i got my manicure done 2 weeks ago rather than 1 day. she was rude and just applied another code on the top of my polish didn't even notice my dry skin i didn't wanted to say anything because i knew she was rude. i would never go back there so after once i got out of that place i called my sister and guess what i also found out that her nail got broke greatttt i mean that place looks nice and fancy but service sucks some people were nice and sweet but i am paying for something and i need quality. i am never going back idc how fancy of a place that is but if my polish is gonna come off in less than 24 hours i don't want it i rather do it at home. soooo pissed and that lady and the other guy was rude gave me weird looks. when i actually paid for a service also gave good tip since i work at a restaurant i know how to tip as well obviously i wasn't rude or said anything except the fact that i told both of them that i got it done yesterday i mean how come something comes off in less than 24 hours and even if it does i called and said it nicely they should have been nice about it. i was thinking all that in my mind that even though its a regular polish it shouldnt be just coming off and she needs to apply polish properly since we are paying for it. she was sweet she wasnt rude the lady who did my nails before i wont complain about her personality at all but i am just upset that they dont look nice at all.. my pedicure looks nice since i got lavender pedicure which was $38 something. but my manicure looked ugly. read more

My daughter was getting married. A couple of weeks before the wedding I made a reservation for 5 for pedicures and no-chip manicures. We arrived for our 6:30pm appointment a few minutes before the scheduled time. We arrived to find all of the technicians busy. We waited in the reception area for 20 minutes before we were approached by a staff member. The staff member affirmed that we had an appointment and promptly told us to sit down. After 20 more minutes another staff member approached us and said that they would be start with 4 pedicures and one manicure. We finally sat down with our feet in water. Over the next 20 minutes or so, technicians arrived to start our pedicures. We chose the lavender pedicures which were supposed to be 45 minutes. I guess 20 minutes of soaking our feet in tepid water was part of the treatment because the actual pedicure lasted 15 - 20 minutes including the application of the nail polish. During the treatments the technician's phones were ringing and they would stop working and answer the phone. I had 3 different technicians during my manicure. My hand massage consisted of a dab of lotion. As we were finishing, the staff was stacking chairs next to us and putting things away. Instead of the relaxing evening we envisioned when booking the treatments we were treated to a chaotic, disorganized, hectic evening. read more

I went here for a pedicure 2 weeks ago. That was fine and the girl who did my pedicure was great. I went back in on last Sunday and got an Acrylic Full Set because the place I usually go to is booked out a month. I had an appointment at 1:30 and didn't get helped until 40 minutes later. The lady gave me regular polish instead of no-chip on my acrylic after I showed her the color in the booklet they gave me and even told her I wanted no chip. I gave up after telling her numerous of times because I just wanted to leave as I was already there long enough. Not to mention, but she made fun of my thumbs as I have the infamous Megan Fox thumbs. 5 days later and my nails look terrible. They're all chipped and it's embarrassing. I called and complained and they said they wanted to charge me $10 to fix it and apply gel instead. Guy on the phone put the blame on me saying I misunderstood when really it was the lady who did my nails. She barely spoke English. I will never come back to this place. I will stick to my usual nail bar who actually fixes my nails for no charge if it's on their end. read more
