Nails over all pretty good, but service is not. No communication between clients and workers. No really set prices so they can just say "that's a $5 or $10 up charge" and no negotiating. I understand that nails can be pricey but I asked for a simple French fade that's two acrylic powders used a light/clear and a pink ish tone and blended together. Pretty simple right, well it's $75 dollars. Now that seams excessive to me. So I got a pink gel and silver glitter on the ring finger, I don't think I will be coming here again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place I have ever been to in MY LIFE! When I first started going I was turned away by the reviews but a new employee named Kim did my nails. She did good. However, today January 3,2020 I went into the salon and they told me Kim no longer worked there. I didn't get her name but I will let you know where she sits so that you NEVER go to her. When you walk into the salon she sits to your right in the first row. She is the person closest to the wall on your right in the first row. When I went in my nails are almond shaped. She asked me if I wanted them cut down and I said yes. BIG MISTAKE. She cut them and then took off my gel polish. Once the gel polish was off she began to remove the old acrylic that was lifting. She used the drill to drill in the middle of my nail and burned me! When she began to file my nails she did them in a coffin shape. WHO CHANGES THE SHAPE OF A NAIL WITHOUT ASKING?! I told her I wanted the shape I originally had. So she filed my nails. She was only good at filing one side which is where she kept filing. My nails became so short that they were only an inch (if that) above my nails in at very sharp point. I told her that I didn't like the nails. I couldn't walk out like this! I told her to just file them all the way down. However, she didn't want to use the drill so she tried to fix them with the hand nail file. Now my nails are shaped like coffin but are only a few inches above my nail. The nails are uneven, lopsided, have an unknown shape the polish is all over my cuticles. I am EMBARASSED TO EVEN SHOW MY NAILS! The owner heard me complaining and did NOTHING. When it came time to pay they charged me as if she did an excellent job. ALL I have to say is I will NEVER spend a dime in that CRAPPY shop AGAIN! They are overpriced and no one can do nails in there. BEWARE! This place needs to be shut down. I think the people writing good reviews must work for the salon. STAY AWAY! See the picture below. I am giving this one star for one reason. I find it ridiculous to charge $5 to remove gel polish when you are getting a gel manicure.

I got the double shot pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was $50 and the gel manicure is $30 but they charged me $5 to take off my old gel polish. They did give me a 10% discount for their grand opening. I loved the pedicure except for the callus removal. I normally don't have that done just the pumice stone but I just came back from vacation at the beach and my feet were all tore up from the beach and pool. I don't know the guys name that did my pedicure but he was an older man. He scraped my feet so much on my outer heels that they are cracked and raw. My feet are now killing me every time I walk. My nails were done by Jen. She did a good job but she applied the polish so thinly that there are places on some of my nails that you can see my nail through the polish. She should've done another layer of polish. The place itself is very nice and the pedicure area is so relaxing that you could fall asleep. I would go back but I'd have different people do my pedicure and nails. read more

Overall, my experience was pretty good. Customer service was good and my nail technician did a decent job. I would most likely return. My only issue is that my technician did not speak English which is absolutely fine, but I asked him not to clip my nails and he did because he didn't know what I was saying. I went to the salon on Saturday to relax a bit and for a mani/pedi. The location is new (I think) but is very cramped and could be much cleaner. The manicurist kept asking me to help someone she knew with an immigration problem. I have no idea why me because I know nothing about immigration. It was non-stop the whole time I was there. She placed the nail tools on a dirty plate and the area under her table was not swept. The curtains are also really dirty. I will not go back there and can get a better mani/pedi at a lot of other locations. I was expecting much better, especially for a new salon. read more

Went mid January before a trip to Europe. Was enticed by the new sign and decided to give it a try. The gel manicure was too thick (literally so many layers of gel) and sloppy. It peeled within days to the point where I had to just take it off. Maybe could go back if I got someone else (she was really nice but again wasn't impressed with the products) but with the way it's priced I'd rather go somewhere else better for the same price. I also got skeeved out as I could tell some of the tools used on my cuticles and nails were definitely used before. Please use packaged tools, the customer can definitely tell and it's not worth skimping. The whole time I was paranoid I might get some sort of infection. read more

From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed by the employees and the atmosphere. It's a very clean space, the music was relaxing, and I was directed to RoBe. At first I was worried that he would do a good job because he was very new. No need to worry at all! He was thorough, and he gave the best foot massage. He was great. I can't to go back. I really wanted to like this place because of location and the wonderful layout which looks to be a more upscale salon. The lady who greeted me was very nice and I had high hopes. The lady that dis my nails thought me pissed and never to return. I asked for a regular manicure and was then asked several times if I wanted gel nails instead and given the "they are better" spiel. I explained a couple of times I had gel for over 2 years, they damaged my nails and I finally have very pretty natural nails after many months of caring for them. After her final attempt and me not budging she decides to say "we don't warranty regular nail". Not only was her attempt to upsale offending, but she didn't even do a good job painting my nails. Maybe she does better gel nails....I won't be finding out because I will never return. I give 2 stars for the look/appearance and the 1st lady that greeted me, but looks can be deceiving.
