From the exterior, it's hard to know what to expect but when you walk in the restaurant, it's got a good ambience to it. It could make for a romantic date night, dinner or more casual dining experience at the bar, Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They offer booth seating, romantic table seating for two or more and seating at the bar. The hostess and the servers were very attentive. We received excellent service from the bar as well. The drink that I chose was a Side Car and coming from LA, we have great Mixology, but I have to say that this drink blew me away. And could possibly be one of the best whiskey cocktails I've had in a long time! It was so well, balanced, and perfectly crafted. We ordered the mussels and the fish of the day which was the trout in a lemon wine caper sauce. Both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. For dessert, we ordered both the chocolate mousse and the crème brûlée. I did not try the chocolate mousse, but my daughter said it was amazing. The crème brûlée was also perfectly made. The server, Bruléd at the table and that was a nice touch. I have had a lot of crème brûlée desserts and have my top five and I have to say this was probably on the list. So happy that we stumbled upon this place and I will probably be visiting one more time before I go back home. I highly recommend it!

After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.

They have 6 different kinds of French toast. We tasted 2 of them, and they have the same taste. Just different toppings. The price for the French toast with eggs, bacon and home fries was $17. Now they charge $18 just for 2 slices of brioche with some sauce that resembles the old Banana Foster sauce, and an additional $6 for the eggs, bacon and home fries. Disappointing, and more expensive than it's worth. Walking into a restaurant to be held hostage by some speech about a small store selling books inside the restaurant?! Yeah, don't do that. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have left. No refill on water, no inquiry about any other drinks. I wasn't even finished with my meal and the server slapped the check on the table and walked away. If that doesn't make you feel "welcome to leave", I don't know what does. Looking around, I find it unacceptable to bring food to the table 5 minutes apart for every person at the table. The staff now wears embroidered shirts with the restaurant logo (except for one, she was just chewing her gum while taking orders- also, ew), and the atmosphere has changed from casual to "we wanna be high end, we made some money so now we want you to pay more". Disappointing.

I guess when I came in here I thought it'd be more like an old school arcade that happened to have booze in it. Sort of like that one place with rows upon rows of games, laser tag, bumper cars, and ticket machines, so you could win cheap plastic prizes while getting absolutely hammered. Think Stranger Things but fewer monsters and more high scores. Cowa-friggin-bunga. Unfortunately for my own imagination that was not the case. Still, they have some classic 90s games against the wall. Ninja Turtles (NOT Turtles in Time), Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, all manner of Pac-Man and others. The games are all free, which is a definite plus. It's just more bar than arcade. Just so you know before going in. If that's what you're expecting out of this place, by all means go on in. I like this place fine, and it's fun to get a little taste of 90s childhood, I just wanted more.

Bad service every time . I've gone multiple times and all the times I've gotten bad service . Waitresses take forever to bring your drink and food. Their all snobbish, the food isn't even that great. Why did I go back if I had bad experience? I'm the kind of person who gives things a second chance but this place gave the same result. The place is way to hyped up .
