Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie (large $7.50). We redeemed points for this drink. The drinks were as expected. The customer service was good. There are two small benches indoor, seating two people each. There is a large wooden "bleacher" seating outdoors. There is no music indoors, it could be very quiet when they are not making any drinks. Remember to sign up for points so that you can redeem them for free drinks. There is free WiFi. The store is not wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms. There is paid and free neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-115

Recently, Fantuan was offering a limited number of bubble tea flavours for a cent at certain CoCo…read moreFresh Tea and Juice stores. Such a steal! I had taken advantage of this deal at the CoCo by York University. On Sunday, after a fun time at the Botanical Expo at Evergreen Brick Works, I felt like getting this deal on its final day. I did a search on the Fantuan app and this CoCo in the Riverdale-Leslieville area was the closest one. Perfect! I got the following large bubble teas: - Strawberry black tea ($0.01) with coconut jelly ($0.60) - Lemon green tea I got both teas with no sugar and less ice. It's my usual. This CoCo is diagonally across from Gerrard Square. It's on the southeast corner of Gerrard Street East and Marjory Avenue. I used to spend a lot of time along this stretch of Gerrard Street East years ago. It has definitely changed! My original thought was to try and park along Gerrard. There weren't any spots. Instead, I cycled around the block and drove northbound on Marjory (it's a one-way street). I parked next to CoCo just before I got to Gerrard. There's a side entrance to CoCo on Marjory. Since it was my first time at this store, I decided to go through the main door. If you require accessibility help to get in and out of this store, you are out of luck. The store's construction is old, so there are only steps to get in and out of the store. I had the nicest woman help me out at the counter. I let her know that I had a Fantuan order. I rattled off the last three digits of my order number. She nodded and picked up a bag that was next to her. She handed it over to me with a huge smile. I thanked her for my order and wished her a great day. She reciprocated. This store does not have any seating to sit down and enjoy your beverage. I reckon that it used to before the pandemic. There's lots of space where the orange-lit CoCo logo is. I'm sure that there was seating in that area. I'm also pretty sure that this location was where Grinder Coffee was before CoCo took over. Although sad that the cafe closed, it's nice to see a bubble tea joint in this area. I had the strawberry black tea as I drove home. It's my favourite drink. This drink is made consistently no matter which CoCo location I visit. I loved the strawberries and how naturally sweet they were. The black tea was perfect. I always enjoy coconut jelly in this drink. So good! I had the lemon green tea the following day. I love the tart lemon with the green tea. It's such a refreshing drink. I dig this store. When I'm in the area again and feel like bubble tea, I'll return to this store for my fix. (195)

This was actually my first time visiting any Palgong Tea but after a recommendation from a friend, I couldn't keep putting off visiting this store because I was already somewhat in the area :D When I walked in, one of the workers was hard at work taking promo shots for new drinks that were incoming. (he ended up giving us a few of the drinks to take with us to try but shhhhh) A different worker helped us during our visit to the store and she was extremely friendly! I ended up getting my standard drink of -[OOLONG MILK TEA] in large $4.49 with the least amount of ice and sugar possible! I usually always go for this flavor of milk tea because Oolong is one of my favorite flavors of tea to drink. This is usually how I establish a baseline to see whether or not I'll be back to try some more adventurous drinks! If you're wondering, I'll definitely be back and I have my eyes on a couple of drinks already.... -[TIRAMISU MILK TEA] *seasonal* I guess I have to go back REALLY soon or else this drink may evade me forever D: -[STRAWBERRY EARL GREY MILK TEA] This sounds like it could very well be up my alley because I love earl grey and the flavor of strawberry! I honestly don't see how this combination of flavors could go wrong so I guess I'll have to try either this or the tiramisu one on my next visit! Give this place a try because I heard their cheese foam pairs really well with their Oolong Milk tea! (I still have to try this combination to verify it but I trust the friend who told me this haha)

Inside has a lot of seating options and the decor is modern. They also have free wifi (pw: 80808080). The staff are very friendly and helpful when deciding which drink to get. We got the mango black tea with milk foam and mango smoothie with pineapple jelly. The mango black tea was so good! It is now one of my favourites. You can taste the mango pulp in the drink, and the milk foam is a nice touch. The mango smoothie was average, nothing outstanding. However, the pineapple jelly was different and went well with the smoothie. A bonus is that their prices are not as expensive as the big chains here like Coco, Chatime, etc. Great place for good and reasonably priced bubble tea. Would recommend you give it a try!

Roughly two weeks ago, on a late Saturday afternoon, I was driving northbound on Victoria Park…read moreAvenue. I was heading over to Sheppard Avenue East, slightly west of Victoria Park Avenue for a takeout pickup and was super early. I tend to get bubble tea twice a week. I needed to know whether there was a bubble tea place on my route? I did a quick search and found this CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. I was a block away from this CoCo at Parkway Mall. I managed to swing over to the right lane and got myself here. CoCo is across from Gabby's. When driving, it's best to enter where McDonald's is. I parked near a snowbank, steps away from Gabby's. There was is a lot of parking. I then walked over to CoCo through the mall entrance. You go through it and the store is on the right. There was one other customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I had a cheerful young woman take my order. I got the following items: - Strawberry black tea (no sugar and less ice) with coconut jelly (my usual order at Coco) - Strawberry black tea macchiato (no sugar and less ice) The latter was at a special price on the menu. Staff normally get this drink confused with my regular one. The only difference is really the foamy dairy on top. Sure enough, the other woman preparing my order messed up something. I was thinking that my usual drink order was messed up and got dairy added. Surprisingly, it wasn't. In the strawberry black tea macchiato, coconut jelly was added by accident. The woman who took my order apologized and asked if I wanted the drink. First: Coconut jelly is one of my favourite bubble tea toppings. If you are going to mess up my order, mess it up with something yummy. Second: I needed to contain my excitement getting a free drink that was a blessing in disguise. Free is good! I said yes to the messed up drink. Yay, three drinks! My drinks didn't take too long to make, even with correcting one of them. The woman put all my drinks in a bag. I thanked both of them and walked out with my goodies. The store is spacious and charming. I liked the bubble tea-shaped monitor. There is also free wifi. I got home and had one of my bubble tea drinks. I had the strawberry black tea macchiato. It was my first time having it and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It tasted more like a dessert drink with the creamy dairy. I had the other two drinks the following days. Coconut jelly preserves well a day or more later. You can't get away with tapioca, for instance. My usual strawberry black tea was excellent. It's consistent no matter which CoCo I visit. The coconut jelly has the perfect sweetness that the drink itself does not need sugar. The strawberries also add some sweetness. I had the strawberry black tea macchiato with coconut jelly the following day. Wow! This drink is truly my favourite mistake. It was like sipping dessert in a cup. Delicious! I may need to order this drink again because I'm craving it. This CoCo is a nice addition to Parkway Mall. I hadn't been to this mall in ages. It was nice to get bubble tea here. I'd return for more when I'm in the area. (76)

We went twice this week-- the first day there was absolutely no wait, but the second time, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The staff is friendly and super helpful if you're new or unaware of something and provide good recommendations (noticed with other customers), so don't be intimidated if you're not a pro at BBT yet! The drinks are also really yummy! I had the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Latte (of course, because I can't resist anything brown sugar), and also tried their Oreo Smoothie (which tasted just as good with 50% sugar). I have read that there is a points system with your phone number, but will have to check it out the next time I'm there. ____________________________________________ IG | @goodvxbesonly_

Contrary to the weather outside. The young worker behind the counter greeted me with a smile, in spite of their preoccupation in making drinks. I asked her questions to help me narrow down my choice. I settled on a creamy mango with boba. With less ice and less sweetness. It was refreshing and satisfying, next time I will ask for 80% sugar because going down to 50% was too much of a drop. The place is pretty modern inside with an exposed brick interface, it kind of gave me the impression of being on a street in Taiwan. Outside they have this cute street post sign on the side of their building. All in all, service 10 outta 10, ambiance 10 outta 10 (although when I went the only other customer had left, so knowing how loud it gets, I was not able to decipher and that may impact this rating.) And drink... ah 7 outta 10. This is because it came out to be expensive for the size . Will try again.

Fresh citrus and other fruits are present - always a nice thing to see. Two friendly shop owners greeted us and asked for our order. I was looking forward to their New Double Roasted Milk Tea. My kid, who just polished off a Johnny's Banquet Burger with Fries and Gravy, eyed himself a Pearl Strawberry Latte. You would think he looked like his old man but nope...fitter than the proverbial fiddle! Oh to be less than 2 decades old again! LOL! The Milk Tea was good. I had it with regular ice and less sugar. You can really taste the double roasted tea. The other drink looked like a strawberry shortcake blended and put back into a cup. Layers of flavours. It was so good that the kid finished it off before we even left the parking area. All in all, a good experience. Good service, good product, but the location is more geared to the walking customer, as parking can be a pain. I was able to parked on Beecroft, north of Poyntz. Cute tea shop with interesting and unique bubble teas!…read more We got the osmanthus oolong tea latte with tapioca and the strawberry golden shake with cake cream icing and tapioca. The osmanthus oolong was quite lovely, with a fruity floral aspect to it. I'm a bit disappointed that this drink is mostly just a tea bag + sweetened milk, but the flavour is quite unique regardless. The strawberry golden shake was actually so interesting. It literally tastes like liquid strawberry cheesecake, which is may not sound delicious, but it's super delicious!
